Dr. Joseph is an excellent doctor. Went over my health history and and answered all my concerns. Staff was pleasant and thorough. Highly recommend.

I want to give them no stars but had to give them at least 1 to write a review. Been a patient since day 1. Not 1 doctor is still there from when I started. No empathy for their patients with any mental health or anxiety. Many mistakes where made with meds and test. If I could find one of the old doctors that use to work there I would definitely leave this practice.

Dr Joseph wont take your concerns seriously. Also Dr braginskiy has a habit of prescribing antibiotics when completely unnecessary. Like seriously, antibiotics for allergies?

I had to go into see the Dr today because of chest pain. Wanted to go into office instead of the ER due to Covid 19. I think the Drs are great at this office but was very upset to see people in the waiting room with their face masks below their mouths. Also to take an oral temperature just doesn't seem safe, don't see how even with changing the cover over it between patients could stop the virus from going from one person to the next. I also feel that the rooms should be being sanitized in between patients and saw none of that happening. MI have two children at home that are high Rick with compromised immune system and asthma I really wish this office would take the spread of covid 19 more serious.

Dr. Collen Webb has been the worse doctor.
I went there to avoid a panic attack and she triggered many. And now I'm at the emergency room.

She is driven by ego stating she makes the decisions, she would not listen to my concerns, she showed no care about my well being which would be life threatening, due to her not wanting to prescribe my meds I have been taking for over 15 years, knowing the dangers of being off the meds abruptly, she was cold, stiffed faced, showed no compassion.

Worst place ever. They don’t do their jobs and give out false information. I found a bug on me after I left. Disgusting.

I have been going here 2 yrs I have seen several Drs and CRNP's. They are all great, take their time with you. The front desk people are super and always friendly
I highly recommend this place.

If you want some place that’s time efficient don’t come here. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes to get a piece of paper corrected for a client on my caseload. I just needed a check marked that’s literally it! Then to top it off the receptionist ignored me. How sad.

Because when I call and need appt I get in right away and when I call about medicine I get an answer right away

Grossly incompetent at dealing with patients with anxiety. Spent half the appointment lecturing and YELLING at my fiancee about her anxiety. She wasn't even there about her anxiety as she has it mostly under control. They're always too busy talking to actually bother to listen. In the 3 years we've been going there, we've never come out having covered all the reasons we scheduled the appointment because we struggle to get a word in edgewise.

Had dr Ramage and she would not take care of my anxiety and now neither will Dr Hoadley. What am I supposed to do? Deal with it in my own? WTH! Waste of time trying to get medication to help with my Anxiety and lack of sleep. I’m not an addict and never have been. Guess I need a shrink to get help before I stress myself to death.

I have received very good care from competent, caring providers in family practice. I go there for routine physicals and typical illnesses. I am treated well by office staff. Since I work in the medical profession myself in a different city, I know what I am talking about.

Advertise they are open til 8pm. I had to drop paperwork to be filled out got there at 7: 20pm doors locked, no one in sight.called someone answered the phone but couldnt open the door and told me I could stop by in the morning.no Ill be at work in the morning.so now I have to inconveinence someone else that can drop the paperwork off for me since unlike them I work til my assigned time every night and cant leave to drive 45 min for paper work

Waiting over a week for prior authorization to be sent to insurance calling everyday and each person puts the blame on the next and still nothing done get answer from doctor of " I know" now experiencing serious withdrawals and still no help. Staff is rude and don't relay proper messages to doctor's now will be finding another doctor. Also hear conversations like this with other patients no hippa privacy shown

They've always been great with me, seeing me as soon as possible whenever I was sick. The doctors were always good about filling my prescriptions and listening to my concerns.

Had to rush my father to the Emergency Department because Dr. Ramage decided to put him on an extremely high dose of medication. It slowed his heart rate down and he could not stay awake. Staff at the York Hospital had no clue why he would be on such a high dosage and told him not to take anymore of those pills. Thank god he only took one and did not take his second pill later that night. Then they follow up with another Dr.that thought it was funny when she heard what happened and even admitted they have no clue why they started him on such a high dose. Just want you to know the kind of Doctors you are being seen by at that place. I would find a new Office ASAP!

Horrible! Waited for a paper to get faxed to another place and here it's laying on the desk never faxed it for days, call for a simple answer and no one calls you back so you keep calling to finally find out they never sent the message to the person it needed to go to, when you go to your appointment your waiting at least 45mins past your appointment time to be seen, when you are seen they just get you in and out! Oh and they have a dr I've never even heard of as my family dr! Definitely not recommended

Great Cinic I when to this clinic for 4yrs if I ever return back to York this is where I would go back, thats if they take me back they have a great team of Doctor's nurses and worker's they are well organized I recommend any person to inneed of a good clinic thank you all for being there for me when I needed you!)

Always there for me and my seven year old son as well. My PCP Deborah McMillan, M. D.is always willing to take whatever time needed and do whatever testing necessary to keep my family healthy.

They're a half the nurse was great but the doctor prowiski don't listen goes off what he thinks can be wrong even when the ER says or suggestions. Changing doctors asap
