3I recently established care with Dr. Ahmed. He was very personable and thorough. His team was diligent and caring. The entire process from start to finish was great. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed and his care team!
There is a doctor there who is not the best. Would not recommend seeing him. Nurses were alright.
Since Wellspan took over this practice, the quality of care and customer service has greatly diminished. It took days and many phone calls to get a prescription refilled; one that had been refilled without issue many times. Staff lied regarding process and refused to help for days. We will be switching from Wellspan as we’ve only had issues. It’s a shame a local doctor was pushed out of his practice and replaced with poor quality health care.
