I had to find another PCP, as mine retired last July from another office. I was scheduled with Dr Anna Mathews. Everything was nice until she walked into the room. She said to me “You are taking a lot of meds”. She continued we need to change this & that and try this instead. I have numerous illnesses that I do take a lot of meds, but I have other Drs managing most of them. I couldn’t even ask her anything because I was too upset.

I called in when I got home & told them about my visit & told them I never want to be scheduled with her again! The person I talked to said she will have to ask the provider, if I could change Drs. WHAT. NO! I was changing Drs or will find another one with a different office. Dr Mathews agreed to let me change Providers.

I had my next appointment with Dr Danielle Campbell. She was amazing! She’s so sweet! She was very attentive to what I was saying & offered many options & opinions for what my appointment was for. She is a 15 out of 10! I’m glad she’s my new PCP.

If you come to this wellspan don’t EVER see Dr. Anna Matthew she is the worst. She did a horrible procedure on my ingrown toe nail that I had to get removed TWICE from there. You would think I only have to go there once but no I guess she just wanted my money, NO THANKS! I give DR. ANNA MATTHEW A -10/10.

I've been going to this practice since I was born and im finally fed up. An employee violated my hipaa rights by telling someone else a factor of my medical history and it got back to me, they haven't done anything that im aware of and its been months. I've seen Doctor pater since i was a baby and there's also been issues with that im very concerned about. One appointment i asked him for depression/anxiety meds but reminded him I've tried Prozac and it messes me up so try something else, after that exact appointment i went to pick the prescription up and it was a prescription of Prozac. I thought to myself, fine, trust my doctor. It messed me up with a lot of irritability and definitely made me feel crazy. After that i tried to switch to a different doctor in the practice and he "denied" me switching doctors, stating he wished to take care of my mental health. There's a lot more i could complain about but im finally at my breaking point with these people and this practice.

I'm very happy with her she's caring & a good doctor! Highly recommend! Wheatlyn is always clean & I'm always called back quickly. Everyone working there are helpful & friendly!

Not a fan of this place at all. They are constantly switching out their doctors so you never know who you’re going to get. If you have a prescription, every time they switch out doctors you need to make a new appointment and pay their hefty fee of $160 for just a hello, how are you. They will cancel at the last minute and aren’t quick with calling in prescriptions. Communication is awful. I could go on and on with how unhappy I am with every aspect of this place.

I used to go to Dr. Bamford and it was great when she was there. But it has really gone downhill over the years. I don’t care for a lot of the docs. I went to the nurse practitioner two weeks ago for a UTI. It wasn’t a bad visit. I asked for a refill on one of the meds I have been on for years. It’s treating hot flashes.

I was never told this would be an issue and I expected that there would be a refill. But then I started getting letters and messages that I had to come back and see the doc because I had not been in since 2017! WTH? ! I was literally just there when I requested the refill.

It has been two weeks and I still have no refill. Not inclined to go in and be inconvenienced because they want to bill insurance. I am disgusted with the ineptitude of this practice. Looking for another doc now!

My son and myself have been going there for over 25 years. Have never had any problems with staff or Drs. They are very helpful and trustworthy. My mother goes there also.

One of the worst places ever to go. My daughter was misdiagnosed as a cold, here she had a partially collapsed lung. I called and told the doctor i wouldn't take a dig to there practice. They need shut down. But really most doctors these days just don't care!

Receptionist was extremely rude. Not sure what her problem was. Sucking teeth at my symptoms, giving me a hard time about the last time I was seen as I don't go to the doctor often.

I was on vacation and my parents left early on Saturday and accidentally took my prescription with them. I called in to get a refill but Dr. Warner said I had to wait til Monday and call when the office was open. Had to have withdrawal symptoms during vacation. Love Dr Bedell though!

Not a friendly place! You have trouble getting your meds omg please don't call for them on a Friday because they say your in violation really wellspan just maybe we had enough to last the weekend and need them Monday, Tuesday what ever the case may be you have no right to treat your patient the way you all do shame on you

Not happy here at all since Dr Wolfe left the practice. Ive been helped by a couple different providers (Dr / Nurse Practitioner) and really not happy. Hayshire is about the same distance and seems to be higher rated.

I've been going here since I was baby, now bring my kids here. Recently decided to switch practices. I seen some other reviews complaining about the same problem I'm having. We come for medical care. Not for rude comments or judgement. "Sounds like you've got a lot going on that isnt so great".
Sounds like you should have picked a different career!

I realize that no doctors office is perfect but having come from an office that was dirty, run down, and understaffed, this was a nice change. I've been going here now for approximately 5 years, and even with all my medical issues they have been able to quickly and efficiently take care of me whenever something comes up. There is almost no wait times, everyone is always friendly and patient, and they are more then happy to answer any questions you may have.

These individuals are ignorant, closed minded and will judge you by your looks 110%. A year ago, I went for a cleaning, next thing I realize the woman said "arent you going to grow out of the way you look". Listen lady why dont you take your rhinestone coated rear and drive your mercedes off that flat earth you think we believe in. People do not go to your practice to be your friend or for constructive criticisms they go for your medical aptitude and apparent skill.

I was having some trouble with a doctor I was being seen by, which happened to be my primary physician, (I prefer not to mention a name), but now I have been placed with Dr. Wolfe and everything has bin perfect.
