3Not happy because every time you try to go there they are never open. They're online. Website says they are open but when you get there they are not ridiculous. Then you end up going to the ER where you wait all night to get anything done
By far one of the worst urgent cares I have experienced. Not only have they been severely understaffed every time i have gone, those in have obviously given up on caring for patents. When it comes to insurance they lack knowledge and just are looking forreasons to send people away. Shame the company doesn't even try to help its employees or patents. Take the drive somewhere else if you can
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to the hospital ER if you have to, but DO NOT GO HERE! Read the other reviews- All they care about is making a quick dollar and rushing you in and out. I didn’t even see a doctor, but a nurse who was useless, dismissive, and sent me away, telling me to take a Tylenol. The others in my group had the same symptoms and their doctors all arrived at the same issue and prescribed the same medication when they returned home. I left Gettysburg as I do not live there and called WellSpan and informed them of the findings and that I needed the same antibiotics. They refused and said I had to come in to go to Gettysburg to be seen again- TWO DAYS LATER! - just to get a prescription. Of course so they could make more $… they care about cash, not the welfare of people. They should not be in the healthcare business. They use a joke of a nurse who either can’t diagnose or rushes people in and out and doesn’t care, rather than real qualified doctors. Then, they refuse to fix their mistakes and help you or lift a finger to prescribe antibiotics. I will be reporting this location to the VA.
