Wendy's, Mt Pocono PA

Drive thru is long. Service is poor. Manager had no mask on. Don't order your food ahead. Total waste of time as you have to join the everlasting drive thru line. Called about waiting in front. Staff was very rude and hung up abruptly. Terrible service.

This location get a lot of traffic from kalahari, especially @ 9ish. And they were a lot faster than I expected. 10 min total wait time and about 7 or 8 cars on line when I rolled up

One star rating, I would give a negative if I could. If anyone is reading this do not order from this restaurant through Uber Eats I was given the wrong order and when I tried contacting the restaurant no answer for two hours then the line went busy I was pretty muched robbed.

Drive thru is pretty quick. Online order is the quickest. Weekends are busy. Food comes fresh and hot. Especially during the lunch rush.

Rude staff. Staff cursing and getting orders wrong. They don’t even give out straws for their drinks.

I know is fast food and I should not expect much but can ur drive through workers be a little more friendly

YUCK! TALK ABOUT EPITOME OF DISGUSTING FAST FOOD PLACES. THIS PLACE WILL LITERALLY SERVE YOU RAW CHICKEN AND THEN LAUGH AT YOUR FOOD POISONING. THE EMPLOYEES ARE MORE SWINES THAN THE BACONATOR ITSELF. DO NOT GO!

Always a big line. I don't think it's there fault, just limited restaurants in the area. Then throw covid in the mix and it explains the long lines. Food is always right on. Of all the fast food locations in the area Wendy's never forgets items I've ordered like most. Service seems friendly all the time.

The parking lot was like an ice rink. The drive thru line was about 10 cars long and it took what seemed like forever to get through it. The lady at the window was rude to my friend driving (who has nerve damage) because she asked her to hand her the drinks individually. Extremely rude. The food was hot and fresh, hence the 2 stars. Wont be going back to this Wendy's anytime soon.

They were out of most of the flavors of pop we asked for, the fries were cold, and they forgot to give us our sauces for our nuggets.

It was very busy when we were there and the service was as little slow. The dining room and bathrooms needed a desperate cleaning. Food was hot and good.

Food was wonderful real meat, real toppings, and everything.everting was great tables was not so clean but hey the food was good.

Half of the time I have cold fries and they just go to waste. I'd really enjoy FRESH fries not whatever Ive been getting

Got my order wrong. This franchise site is always very busy and the staff can be ride and abrasive. They actually get are order wrong often

Service always sucks here. I'm always waiting too long to finally place an order, the staff is badly disorganized, and my order always comes out incorrect. Right now, the inconvience of the day is "computer issues". There's always something I tell ya. Place is utter mess. Worst Wendy's around.

They were only accepting cash today, no advance warning while standing in line waiting to order, and you could not pour your own drink at the freestyle machine, although and employee used it.

Awful place. Food is always wrong. Last 2 times my burger was raw and the old woman manager is nasty and actually yelled at me for returning food. I'll never return
