Cheap food and the atmosphere at this spot is great. It's so tasty. I will be back with my relatives. Prices are decent.

I have been going to this Wendy’s my whole life practically, I live down the street. They have really gone down hill. I have been ordering breakfast from them for about two weeks now and there are these two employees in particular that I hate seeing! They always get my order wrong and they have attitudes when they mess up! I said one tropical berry sis not four. It’s not my fault you can’t hear. Then today, I tried using my rewards points and they couldn’t figure out. I’m so over them! I’m not going to this Wendy’s anymore.

Awful customer service. Even though all Wendy's over a month before this were supposed to have in place a way to order over the phone or app and pick your order up at the door. For people without a car because you cannot walk up to the drive thru. Which is understandable. I am nine months pregnant and it was raining and I was hungry and these people refused to serve me over phone and pick up at door. Was told to download door dash but I was out of state and not home and had nowhere to deliver to AND you need WiFi to download the App.so I ended up walking up to cars in drive thru to ask them to add to their order and give them the money. And not myself walk up anywhere near the drive thru window. Got a woman to agree and the lady over speaker said "no walk up orders and if you try I will cancer both orders! " So in the rain, hungry and pregnant I had to walk away hungry. Luckily some beautifully kind woman drove up to me and literally handed me exactly what I was going to order even got the drink correct. Even though I NEVER Told anyone my order. Four for four with burger and strawberry lemonade. So grateful. She was livid what they were doing! Only to find out when I called the 1800 number twenty minutes later to be informed that what they did was NOT OKAY and against their policy! They are DEFINETLY supposed to be allowing phone orders and pick up at door because of 18 wheelers not being able to fit through drive thru and people without cars! People without cars can't eat during the virus outbreak? !? And the fact she threatened to cancel people's orders. Tried calling back two weeks later and they FINALLY must have gotten reprimanded because they are doing the morally right thing now and following their own rules!

My neighborhood wendy's. I won't go back until after quarantine.
Staff not wearing their masks or wearing them with their noses out. No thanks.

Very clean and accessible spot. They offer big meals and for reasonable prices. We enjoyed the menu a lot and the staff were very affable and informative. I recommend this place.

I love I here the food is the best and I work there cookin and also I do Security but iam not just saying the for is good because I work there. I do eat there ever day u see I was there last night and I was off work I just love are food. You should go there a d now we have breakfast now and it's the best as in fast food I put name on the breakfast.

Best Wendy's I been to so far in the hood, they're fast and the food is always fresh and and the store be clean everytime i went there.

A top place for quality cheap food. The food was super appetizing. Certainly worth a return trip. The prices are well within reason for the quality.

The only thing I like about here is the apple pecan salad and they iven give u mess up ingredients last time I bought from them I didn't get to eat the salad because everything was rotten I saw the plate and vomited they lately becoming unhealthy and ignorant ppl so I would give the Wendy's 1 star because that's the only thing they deserve if it was for me I wouldn't give them no stars

I think that the employees are stealing money by up charging customers. I get the same thing at every Wendy's all across Philadelphia but for some reason it's 75 cents more here only? !

First time at this Wendy's and I liked it food was fast and the workers are respectful. I sat by the tv enjoyed my meal while I watched little man lol just needs to be cleaned a little more by the soda machine.

Cheap food, mmm, super good. Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

She just put mayo on one side of my chicken bun and they both should have been done in a hurry not the best sandwich or customer service.

Good food, fair service.best frosty! And wish they kept chicken berry salad all year instead of seasonal

The employees was nice and respectful and the place was clean and nice, neat. The service was excellent.

They get your order right with aleast they repeat your order and ask for anymore services can be provided

The soda machine does not seem to work properly and the soda is nasty, no soap in the bathroom, and not all chargers work.
