Wendy's, Erie PA

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes get up to window and there’s 5 people inside standing around talking and laughing

Arrived at 11: 30pm, store doesn't close until 12am, pulled into the drive through but got no response. I pulled forward to the windows, the employees inside saw me, but refused to assist me. I am extremely upset.
The employees were extremely rude and disrespectful in their approach. If the store needed to close early the least they could do is open the window and let me know, but instead they chose to blatantly ignore me and be disrespectful. This is ridiculous.

Waited 10 minutes inside, no one in front of me. Never took my order. Finally had to go through drive thru

Went in drive thru, the employee sounded very angered that they had to do their job. Waited over 10 minutes to get a sausage croissant $3 combo. Food was mediocre at best.

Only took cash, but we could do that, not their fault the card reader was down. Ordered 2 burger combos. One with no mayo and the new (?) Italian burger. We got extra mayo and a chicken sandwich…How. Guess we will have to check our food every single time now. Disappointing.

Placed an order on there app went to pick it up at 11: 15. The app said the order was complete and good and said the store was open till 12am. Went to the store to pick up and after 3 minutes of waiting at the window some lady pops up all rudely says were closed and walks away.

They suck! Why they have their hours listed is beyond me. Third freaking time I've pulled up before 9: 30pm and closed! Don't ever bother calling i was told there phones "don't work" done with Wendy's

They took very long to take orders. Took their time walking around and talking to coworkers. The insides pretty dirty. Looks as if no one has a clue how to clean anything at all. Old and cold food yet they have a staff of atleast five or so people. It's astounding how inept can you be to not have made warm food

Super salty food, slow service and they raised the prices so high it's ridiculous. I get it things are hard to get and process going up but for their chicken sandwich meal to cost$12? You might as well go somewhere else and get a better chicken sandwich

The past couple years this place has changed, I hate to say anything bad about people, but it's horrible. The last dozen times I went here it was over 45minutes in drive thru every time. The food is prepared awfully, every time. The are out of baked potatoes, every time. I have not been able to get one for 3 yrs! They should just take them off the menu, but it's the only real food on the menu. The drive thru speaker is always broken, so you are forced to wait 45minutes to find out they do not have your order, then you are trapped in a stand still line with no way out even tho you are not getting anything. It's the same MO over and over, it's been like this for years w/out me saying anything. How is the place even still in business?

Even just a simple cheeseburger, you know the thing this entire franchise is known for? They can't even make an edible one. When I worked here, and McD's, and BK, among others I did when I was young, we scraped and cleaned the grill between every batch of burgers. Now you get burnt grill scraps on every burger, it taste like burnt dirt, it makes you sick, it's disgusting and so is any human being that is OK with feeding that to fellow human beings.

Friendly staff. Very nice people. JESUS SAVES AND THAT IS THE GOOD NEWS! TURN TO JESUS, REPENT OF YOUR WHOLE LIFE'S SINS, BECOME BORN AGAIN AND READ THE BIBLE! Nobody gonna get to Heaven without HIM!

Worst breakfast ever.would give zero stars i took pictures croisant sandwhiches looked like someone had never cooked anything in their lives before. French toast sticks were inedible tough and cooked in old grease it was all cold after waiting a very long time.two young people working clearly overwhelmed and untrained

Ordered uber eats from this place very busy apparently and didnt even have order on record dont recommend

If there was an award for the worst fast food joint in the world, this Wendys would win it. The manager of this store should be ashamed with how terrible the staff is and how poorly it is managed.

Today on July 12th I go to Wendy's on West 12th Street order a number 10 sandwich with no tomato and lettuce sandwich is supposed to have bacon on it as well there's no bacon there is lettuce and a tomato on there and pickles on top of that they told me 6 minutes on wait time and if I didn't back up to the window it would have been a lot longer than 11 minutes somebody at the store is very illiterate and don't know how to read

Me and my bf he treated me out the was good besides they didn't put the name on the sandwiches my bf had ordered a classic chicken sandwich and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but it's cool

The staff here is incredible, friendly, personable and the order accuracy is incredibly high and the time to window is one of the shortest in the area for Wendy's. If you're looking for good fast food and good service in the area, I highly recommend this location.

Wendy's has always been a step above the ordinary run of the mill fast food places. The food quality shows the efforts they put in to deliver a great meal on the run. It's a little bit pricier than the other fast food places and the value menu is limited but I believe it is worth it.

Late night Friday visit. Mic at the order speaker didn't work? Female order taker couldn't of been less enthusiastic taking my order at the first window, I must of upset trying to buy food because she didn't enter my request and I got the incorrect food. The food didn't taste 2 hours old, which was surprising.
