Wendy's, Philadelphia PA

Placed my order & had to wait a half hour because there was only 1 register open and a lot uf Uber pickups

The morning shift manger is extremely rude you need to hire better people with better attitudes who don’t talk down on others that’s why he balding now

Food comes out in a timely fashion and never had any mistakes made on my orders. Service could be a little friendlier/nicer. Restaurant seems like it could use a little tidying up.

I've ordered delivery from here a few times and every single time we have an item missing, or the drink is wrong, and the food is cold and not fresh. This will be the last time I order from here.

RAW CHICKEN! Completely raw! And to imagine I ordered this at prime dinner time.just how many of these raw sandwiches did they serve? THIS CAN KILL SOMEONE. Do not go here! Ever! If you work in food service, it's your duty to ensure that you serve a safe product, whether you work at a Michelin star restaurant or a Wendy's. This is absolutely disgusting. Shame on management!

Gary is the only reason I still go here. The rest of the staff sucks and always rushing people to order

Literally the worst service every single time I've tried to grab something before class whoever is on the register is usually rude and then they never get my order right. It's either the completely wrong burger or they forget something and forget trying to tell them there is a problem because they don't care, literally go anywhere else for better service

This was the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in. Food and debris all over the tables, counters and floors. The rug looked like it had never been cleaned.

I'm calling corporate on this store it was dirty the cashiers was on they phone they didn't get my order right the wait was so long it was pathetic I will never go there again my food was cold was not right at all they customer service sucks

Went there last night to get food and they didn’t have anything no spicy chicken sandwich no big potato the two chicken sandwiches that they gave me claiming it was a regular chicken sandwich ended up being with cheese on them and they were terrible seems like they were sitting under the light for hours the french fries seem to have been sitting there for a while the chicken nuggets looked completely undercooked everything was horrible never have I had such a bad experience you work in hospitality you would think that you would take pride in your job just do better

They need to close and clean and sanitized the whole store. They had a worker with a gold tone bonnet with bear slipper on.

2 Stars is because I like Wendy's food. The People that work Gets my order wrong EVERYTIME I eat from here. Even when it's a mobile order. HOW HOW HOW. The staff in here are awful and I'm trying to be nice

This store needs to close. It is very slow, buns crumble up as you bite into your sandwich, and last don't let it be an went around there. Just forgery about going.

Rude person taking orders. Ordered online for a personal pickup. I go tell the person I ordered online they tell me they need to see the name and to get into another line. There is no name when you purchase in the Wendy's app for your own food just the receipt I tried to show the person but they flagged me. Don't work in customer service if you don't do well with people.

If you are really REALLY hungry. They seem understaffed and overwhelmed. Staff is curtius enough but not enough of them. Transient people mess up the dining area frequently. Last visit the chicken on our salads was burned. ‍️

I have been hitting this Wendy's since TU college days. However, in the past 2-3 yrs the staff is always lazy and lackluster. I walked out this night. Nuts.
