They need more workers the line was extremely long I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through.

It's a hit or miss spot. Either have great service and hot fresh food or bad attitude, cold and old food or food missing.

Horrible. Waiting 35 mins in a drive thru to get a completely wrong order with stale fries and a nasty burger. Never again.

Not sure if ther lady with the headset knows we're in a pandemic but I'm watching her make peoples drinks while eating her food. This is after sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 mins

They have new staff at the drive through window taking orders and payments. Her name is Imani, she's was so patient and pleasant. There was another lady at the third window who was also had great customer service skills. Great job!

I went to the Wendy's on Wayne Ave 3 times in a week only received food once. First time they didn't have any eggs for the sandwiches second time they didn't have seasoned potatoes after I waited 20mins in line and never have any oatmeal bars will go out of my way to start going to the Wendy's on broad street if I get the same service just gonna cross Wendy's out. It ridiculous

It was around 1am and the drive thru line was 13 cars deep and I finally get to order my food fries all hard and burnt nuggets cold burgers cold.

Gave me the wrong order and tried to blame uber eats even though they’re the ones who bagged it

Why do I keep coming here? Pre pandemic and now they notoriously get orders wrong. After waiting in the drive thru for a half hour, one item in my 3pc order was wrong and another was missing. Get it together.

Online it reads 630am open in reality it opens 8am. Service isn't bad but after work I look forward to breakfast that seems to never be there

We were in drive thru at 10am but there was alot of cars it was1036 when we got to the box no biscuits no breakfast thats ignorant like you just had em and now you don't know when they gonna drop or even how long or no ice cream like it's early in the am nuthn your fries for lunch ain't ready they need to have a better menu it's biscuits come on a breakfast all day menu pancakes biscuits french toast simple or even my best one ever day is was sumthn new they didn't have but same rude attitude

The youth that worked there were friendly enough but the food was prepared terribly. And this wasn't the first time. The baconator had 2 little corners of bacon significantly much less than at any other Wendy's I've ever been. The sauce and stuff was barely a smear. It was basically a regular burger for 3x as much. Even though it's right by my house I will not be going to this one anymore. Third bad experience without any good ones.

My order of double cheeseburger and fries were tasty, but they need to open dining area. I had to go to take out window on foot.

Absolute worst Wendy's ever. Sat in the drive through for over 45 minutes. Finally go to the ordering screen and waited for another 10 minutes just for them to tell me they only have nuggets and fries. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Long line most times. They definitely picked up the peace the last few times I've visited. Food was good and hot. Beware! Make sure you have your complete order! And some days they can sound a bit tacky when ordering, and some days are pleasant.

Service terrible too many kids playing in the store while busy old grease temperature has to be too high my order literally always has a mistake every time I’ve been there this store needs a whole new staff I never leave reviews bad ones to say the least but THIS STORE RIGHT HERE boy oh boy

The lines and the waiting was terrible, the fries were too hard, but the burger was superb and delicious, the salad was also delicious.
