Wendy's, Easton PA

Waited in line for over 20 mins to be cutoff and told they’re closed by a worker with the communication skills of a 2nd grader hire people who want to work.

Ordered the Veggie Sandwich cause I was curious to try it and they deadass just gave me a burger with no patty and just lettuce and tomato

I just got food Monday night at 7pm and the drive thru order taker JAMES took a photo of either my credit card or receipt. There is NO reason why someone in drive thru should be taking pictures of ANY kind while handling money and cards. He definitely took a picture and put the phone down. I'm locking my credit card now as I am typing this. Unacceptable

Rushed to get there for breakfast on time. Of course you always have to wait for ever. And by 10: 25am they had already stopped serving breakfast. I mean come on! Went to McDonalds at 10: 40am asked nicely and got 2 breakfast burritos.

We went through the drive thru and as always be prepared to wait. I don't believe it's the employee's that are slow. I think it's due to people not knowing what they are ordering or changing their order at the pay window. The woman who took our money looked like she had the day from hell. But a few funny comments from me and she lit right up. The guy handing out the food was quick and efficient. Spicy chicken sandwich is good and fries are hot.

The kid at the counter hustled his butt off. So busy with to go orders we had a long wait to place out order, but it was no fault of the workers. Three stars because of the terrible food, not the workers. Tough job.

I expected the long line. What I didn't expect was subpar service and food. The drink wasn't filled, the burger was not only cold but I remember the Baconator having 6 pieces of bacon not 2 and some crumbs. The only bright side was the fries were hot. I don't think I'll be returning to this Wendy's.

The employees gather around for laughs with no mask on laughing over the food! The manager and assistant manager touches money and your food without washing their hands! My order was messed up twice!

Burger was ice cold and the toppings were scarce and old and the fries were too greasy for my liking, but it's fast food ‍️

Absolutely horrible! I dont understand how this place is still standing with the type of business they give people! The employees are poorly trained. They have no ideawhats going on. Every single time ive gone there in the past month, my soda has been FLAT! Every flavor is out too! Food is cold! Its time to contact corporate! This is ridiculous!

Drive thru was super packed but they did a great job moving the line along and my order was fresh hot and just how I ordered it

Ridiculous, what are you making the burgers over a candle? Why does it take Over 35 mins in your drive thru? Never again.

Way too crowded at the hour I went line was out to the street and barely moving.went inside and no one was wearing masks (patrons or workers) and that was uneasy.

Worst service. The floor manager was arguing with a customer very loudly as the customer was slamming his hands on the counter. The young lady at the drive up window used the N word. One of the young men cooking moaned loudly (inappropriately). On top of all if this my food was cold and not the correct order.
Too many young people without good work ethics

The workers here are the typical, hate their job, lazy, uneducated, stereotypes of fast food employees. I know it's a poor area with a lot of trash, but this is why these areas stay poor and go no where. It's attitudes like these lazy people. Workers looked at us as we knocked on the door, even though the store had opened 25 minutes earlier. Come on, this is why you will always work at places like this! You aren't qualified to hold down any other job!

The Southwest chicken salad was great! I also had the doubler which tasted good but was small. The drive thru line was long. I would have gone in to get my food but I didn't know if I was permitted to do that.

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes just for my food to come out cold. The employee at the window was definitely on something he opened the windows and said welcome to McDonald’s and was eating chicken nuggets and licking his fingers while taking orders. I was offered a spicy nugget using tongs through the window.then got my burger with paper cooked into the bun and it looked like this. I do not recommend this store as what it seemed like the supervisor/manager paying no attention to what the drive through employees were doing.

Everything was delicious. The way they treat me, make me feel great. The place was immaculate. The price was the best and you find a great variety. I recommended. Todo delicioso. La forma en que me trataron, me hizo sentir grandiosa. El lugar estaba inmaculado. Los precios eran lo mejor y tienen una gran variedad! Lo recomiendo.

Asked for the Cheddar Bacon Burger. Noted that it showed up as Chicken on the menu board. Was told it was the burger. Got home only to find it was chicken. Not the first time I've had an incorrect order and uncaring or rude staff. The place needs a change of employees.
