Area under construction difficult to get in and out, lots of pot holes. Restaurant and service was great though

If you like to gamble, come here. Out of the last 8 rive thru visits, or order was correct 2 times. Don't expect cortesy or a thanks. Food is decent, most of the time, but prices are rising often. This site has been in a steady decline for 18 months since Abdullah transferred.

Another poor experience at this location. I love Wendy’s but this location is subpar at best.

Food is what you expect but the service is often soooo slow at this location. Sometimes when I go the guy working the drive thru won't take the next customer's order until they finish making the order for the previous car. So they are only working on one order at a time and it takes forever.

The Owner and Staff showed me such care and humanity. Rare experiences in this World. Namaste

This wendy's, i could write a book about the terrible service of this wendy's. Most recently last week I ordered my two four for fours and upgraded the drinks for both. I asked for a cup holder and the guy working the drive through decides two only use one cup holder when every other time i have ever been given a cup holder from this place there has always been two and it is really hard to separate the two, almost like they are meant to come two at a time. Well guess what since he only had one and it is super flimsy and large drinks are heavy as soon as he let go of his side the drinks dump all over me. The jerk at the register acted like nothing happened.he does offer after napkins after i complain that im all wet from the drinks spilling on me. THEN! THEN he short changes me and tries to act like i handed him a 10 and not a 20. THis is the worst wendys.

They have the line build up so much that they forget about the customers they told to go park in front and give food out to the ppl behind us before giving us our food in the front

Found a hair in my burger. Manager replaced it but come on! It was 100% her hair. Wear a hair net!

The lady in the Drive-Thru this morning seemed very rude and maybe was even talking on the phone. I got my baconator breakfast sandwich, open it up, and I pulled a long thin piece of plastic out of the sandwich that was covered in cheese. Normally I don't write bad reviews. But my experience this morning was entirely too bad to not leave a review about it I will not go back to that Wendy's again. Hopefully I can leave a picture of the plastic I found.

Expect a 25 min drive thru wait even if it’s just 2 cars in front of you, and you can’t leave when you’re in line because of the islands surrounding the driving thru line

The food was okay, but the guy taking my order was talking so quickly it made me feel like I was bothering him. Sorry buddy, I just wanted some chicken nuggies and freedom fries.

I got bacterial FOOD POISONING from this place on Monday, August 30. I got the $5 dollar bad and I think the burger the problem. Now I’m sitting in the hospital wishing I never went here.

The food is good. It’s always hot and fixed the way I want it, when I get it. My only concern is that the lighting in the parking lot is almost completely out. Even the lights on the menu board is off. The mall is being renovated. So the only places open for business are the Verizon store, the new Planet Fitness, & Wendy’s. There are only two outdoor lights on & it makes it really scary to go there at night.

Thanks for getting the no salt right but when asked 3 times to put sauce in thanks for nothing
