Placed order sat at drive up window 20 minutes waiting on order then the lady came to window and said to pull out front and we will bring order out to you waited another 5 minute so I went in to get my order and still was not done.when it was done she dropped my bag on the floor. When I told her I would not be back to this store again she said I was rude and told me to leave. All she would of had to say is she was sorry for delay. Or when I ordered told me it might be a little while

The food was good, and the service was fast. Extra star for being patient with my mom, as she's a senior & takes a little longer to decide what she wants.

Absolutely miserable experience, ordered carry out 9 minutes before arriving to find a “lobby closed due to short staff” note on the door. Having already been charged I was forced to wait in the drive through for 40 minutes, and then was assured my food was made fresh only to open it and find they re-fired my fries to make them seem fresh, and the rest of my food being literally room temperature. I don’t care what your short staff situation is, don’t lie to my face.

It's usually quite chilly in the dining area when I've dined in. The drive-thru line can be long and very slow during the breakfast/lunch switch

Placed order via mobile app for a total of five total meals. Every single meal was wrong with missing or incorrect food. Staff were unapologetic and rude when mistakes were brought to their attention.

When I went to hand over cash, the wind blew a $20 bill out of my hand. The staff immediately came out to pick it up, it had blown several feet from the car. That's service!

The food taste and presentation were standard fair for Wendy's. The dining area was clean and maintained.
The lunchtime service needs work. Workers were being verbal about how they don't like this "ish". Chaos behind the counter. Several orders were prepared wrong, including mine.
The manager on duty made corrections, but it was an adventure.

The lobby wasn't open for some reason, but the man working the drive thru was in a brilliantly good mood and made up for the minor inconvenience for sure. Food was great as well!

Ordered on the mobile app. Had to sit in the drive through lane for 20 minutes. After getting home our entire order was wrong. Asked for fries with no salt, they were salted. Wife's salad didn't have the pecans we paid extra for. My pub chicken sandwich wasn't on the pretzel bun. I understand that they are over staffed but come on not a single thing was correct. And since we ordered on the app they can't claim that they mis heard over the intercom. Make sure you check your order before you leave.

The wait for your food takes for ever. Wound up waiting for sandwiches. Then fries were cold because we got them right away. Then had to wait for hot fries while sandwiches got cold. After all that the frosties were melted. Should have went elsewhere.

Waited in the drive through for ever and when we got our order the burgers were ice cold, seemed to have been cooked two days ago, the drinks were wrong and all for $19.00. The food was so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs! What a disgrace! If the line wasn’t so long I would have gone back around and thrown the so called food at the manager!

Took half an hour to get 5 cars through the drive through for them not to say anything when we finally got up to the kiosk ended up justleaving and going to mcdonalds has happened multiple times.

I want to call the health dept on this one. Water leaking out of closet all over the floor. Not sure if it was a/c or what. The most disorganize I’ve ever saw with expediting the orders! Please do better and hated hearing the manager loudly reprimand the workers and lose it!

The service was poor we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get any service people in the drive through and the kitchen acting like no one was there couldn't they get some help instead people were walking out and the food was poor. Some thing has to change.

Wow. SLOW service. Like many other reviews, the wait in the drive thru is 15-20 min long with only 3 cars ahead of us. Will not be returning.

Oxford Wendy's. Had never been, was probably the best Wendy's we've visited. Courteous server, quick delivery, hot food. Great burger. Natural lemonade was excellent. If we are in the area again, and we are craving burgers, we'll be back!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Every time I go to the drive through, they get slower and slower. It can take them 20-30 minutes to get through 4 cars and once you are in the chute, you can't get out. I know they can't find good workers, but come on, this is extreme. This screams "bad managers" and "absentee owner". I never had a problem with the food, but who can wait a half hour? I'm there because it's supposed to be fast food. When I get to the window, there is always plenty of people working behind the counter. It's time someone stepped in and got this location up to standards, but I will never see it because I won't be back.

Absolutely horrible experience. First, they completely lost my order after we had all been waiting for 20 minutes. The entire lobby was full of customers waiting. Behind the counter was disorganized and completely clueless. When someone asked for a manager the man got super defensive and told him "we are doing what we can you want a job" not taking any responsibility for the mess at the restaurant. Best of all, the manager wasn't even there, "she was out buying onions". What a mess. Don't eat here.rude, slow and play the victim card when asked about the terrible service.

We LOVE this Wendy’s always a Great experience. There food is good, fresh, and delicious we drive from Gap to eat here & it’s worth it! Keep up the good job!?

We went at peek time and it was extremely busy but the 2 young people at the counter were great and super friendly and courteous!
