Wendy's, Broomall PA

Worst Wendy’s location in the country. Hasn’t changed a bit in 10 years. Disgusting food, disgusting attitudes from employees, and not a care in the world. Everytime I come here my food is cold and the employees slam the window in your face and don’t even speak to you. How this place hasn’t been shut down by corporate by now is insanity. Waste of space in Broomall

The store in Clifton Heights in PA.is brand new. Most of the time l have had excellent experience. I love the salads and the grilled chicken sandwich. And l love the Frosties! Once they forgot my Frosty and l had to drive back. They store manager apologized and returned the price of the Frosty.

Good great hot and fresh, but customer service could improve a little, I have worked drive through and understand having to take orders on the headset and deal with customers but if someone is talking to you you acknowledge them not point to your ear

Went through the drive thru for dinner, prepared to spend close to $75 for my family. No one came to the drive thru speaker after 5min of silence, honking the horn, and other cars waiting behind us. We pull to the window where the worker makes a derogatory remark about my wife and walks away. Another employee comes up and says we need to go around to the back of the line. We explained how long we were waiting etc, and the worker says if we were really there, it would've dinged. I'm not sure how they would have heard a ding with all the laughter and playing around they were doing. But besides that, how did we get to the window without going through the drive thru lane? It was really a blessing in disguise, because we simply left without giving our money to people who apparently don't want it, and went up the street to Freddy’s, who not only treated us professionally, but got our order correct. We received much better tasting food that was fresh and satisfying. This isn't the first bad experience we've had at this Wendy's, but it is definitely the last, since I will never be spending money with this company again!

This Wendy's used to known as the better Wendy's in the area. Not so much anymore. Burgers super greasy, bun stale/ flakey. Fries were ok Lines in store n drive thru were long. For being under-staffed, they all were busting out the orders as best as they could (even though several ppl left). They were thorough with filling orders even with special requests they got them all correct. The lot was busy n needed some tiding up. When walking in there was trash piled up not the sight you wanna see upon entry. The restaurant itself was ok especially for how busy they are. Unfortunately the only positive experience was the staff.

Horrible service. Order food took over 30 minutes to get in drive through. Then to get our food was completely wrong wasn’t even made right. Then tried to go inside to get it fixed door was locked and they just looked at me while on their phones. Don’t recommend. This is at the reed rd and sproul rd in Broomall pa.

I like food with my salt. Whoever they have cooking is terrible. Using so much salt you can't taste anything. On top of that they didn't send the drinks I ordered with my delivery.

Went at lunch time, bought Dave's double hamburger and classic chicken say.
Hamburger was warm but not hot.
Chicken sandwich was dry and hard, barely edible.
I would have to be on the brink of starving to death before I would go there again.

I always use the driver thru between 5-7pm on Thursdays because of my kid's after school classes in the area. They NEVER greet you with "welcome to wendy's, how can I help? " It's always "yeah" or "hello" or "ok" like your interrupting some important high school gossip session. They're always short staff. Sometimes the staff is friendly and sometimes never so much. I wish my kid didn't like Wendy's so we can pick somewhere else to go.

This fast food chain is one of my favorites they have the freshest tasting food the best barbecue sauce and one of the best french fries I love Wendy's

Typical fast food burger restaurant, nothing really stands out about them from the rest. Although Chicken nuggets are the best of the fast food restaurant's as well as the Frosty.

The staff was friendly but the food tasted super old, I got a apple pecan salad and the chicken was rock hard and tasted and felt like it had been sitting all day:/ im afraid i might get sick.the fries were old tasting too but my husband didn't seem to mind them.

Going after school time is extremely busy. Pretty good service didn't have a bad experience just a long wait. The Strawberry frosty is a definite must have

The staff there literally does not care and I have been told that directly by them!

I really enjoy Wendy's but will go out of my way just to avoid the Broomall Location.

If you do go here double check everything because I guarantee your order is messed up.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible drive thru service. Today is 08/08/22 around 8 pm the lady attending drive thru is not polite at all. If you ask for something else after you place your order they look at you with ugly faces. They don't deserve a single star.

The place was dirty and floors sticky. The service was awful. My soft drink (small) was $2.30! Not worth it. I will not be coming back.

Literally took 15 minutes to take order for 2 people
