Went to dine-in for lunch, took 25 minutes for myself & others to get our orders. Customers started walking out after waiting many minutes for their order to be taken. And it was just a normal amount of people trickling in for lunch, not like a bus showed up. What a mess! Very disappointed.

Many blessings to this Wendy's. Aside from my previous visits - all of which were exactly what I expected - tonight they went above and beyond.

An emotional wreck over the fact that I am losing a beloved cat, I walked up to the drive-through window after 10PM and knocked. And God bless those folks, they answered. I got my double combo with a Sprite.

That is the definition of comfort food.

The new location is clean, modern, and well-staffed. Give them a shot. They deserve it, especially for dealing with my ridiculously crying nonsense at the drive-through window.

My 72 year old mother got in-line at 10: 28 this morning to order breakfast. At 10: 31 an employee finally acknowledged her. She ordered breakfast and was told it was past 10: 30 so she couldn’t get her order. Mind you the breakfast menu was still up when she pulled in and was changed as they were denying her order. Pure laziness. Obviously waited until after 10: 30 so they didn’t have to cook breakfast. Whoever the owner is should be ashamed. Especially if it is owned by corporate.

Bathrooms were gross and there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom at lunch time on a Saturday. Dining area was also kinda dirty. Not the worst not the best.

Went late at night. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The food came out lukewarm and we were missing one of our French fries. The staff made us so uncomfortable that we did not bother going back for our second fry. Waste of money.

Staff are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve worked in fast food as a young teenager so I know what it’s like but wow I’m just appalled, it’s on another level of unprofessionalism. When I came in it wasn’t clear where to stand as staff were just socializing and it took them a minute or two to come to the front counter to take the order. It came off as if I was some sort of inconvenience even though I’m a customer who wants to take out an order. It took 5 minutes to make two chicken sandwiches and fries and I was the only order. On top of that I gave him a coupon code for 2 for $10 and was charged $12! I paid with someone’s card and they asked why they saw $12 instead of $10 on their transactions list - really confused as to how this happened as i told him twice the coupon code. That means he rang it completely wrong which shows bad training on management part. And medium fries were half filled, which for whatever reason it’s always the teenage workers who can never get fries right. Really annoying. Won’t come back to this particular Wendy’s until they’re better trained and stop hiring the teenage employees who mess around.

I ordered the $6 biggie bag w/ light lemonade. With tax it should have been $6.36. I got $3.00 change, the food was cold, and I was not given a receipt. I called and asked for a manager within 5 minutes and advised of the poor quality of food and missing change. She cut me off and said, Well what do you want? ” I said replacement food and my change. “You actually want the change? ” I advised that, yes I do. She started challenging me. I told her I was there 6 minutes ago, I am SURE she can find the transaction. She didn’t give me her name and said she will leave a post it note in the office about it and hung up. I realize that the change isn’t a big deal, BUT if this happens even a few times a day it adds up. Plus, why get an attitude when a customer calls and advises of a quality and customer service issue? The proper response when you get a call like that is, ” I am sorry that you had this experience. What can I do to make it right for you? ” If the attitude hadn’t been there from the manager, I would have been fine if she acknowledged the problem with the lack of change and receipt and had said she will address it to be sure that it doesn’t happen again. But without the acknowledgment, I told her that I want the change, too. And instead of “a post it” she could have taken my address to send me a gift card for $7.00- the amount that I was out. Poor training, poor management, and poor quality control.

I ordered a bourbon bacon single pattie sandwich and specifically mentioned a previous mistake made with my order. Well, the exact same mistake was made AGAIN. Idiots or they just don't comprehend the English language.

Drive thru is a joke. I’ve never seen people work slower. They have enough time to chat and joke and causally lean on things though.

I was here on 5/1/23 approx. 10pm.
The gentleman at the window (Matthew was the name on the receipt) was very courtous. The food was very fresh.

Extremely unpleasant customer interaction at the drive-thru Sunday evening in March. Completely unwarranted and spoiled a beautiful day. Red hair male wearing a saint benedict excorcism ring and airpods shame on you. You definitely excorcised some unwarranted demons today, and so allow me to do the same, because this interaction alone was enough to lose a regular customer.

My chicken nuggets were cold, fries were soggy. Staff is unfriendly. The atmosphere is beyond dirty. Shame being a new spot and it's disgusting.

Driver thru night staff members Gary was pretty awesome and very helpful and ver polite. Very friendly ppl person wish I seen more upbeat ppl like him. Also like to make u very aware how lucky yous are to have such a kind hearted soul working for u diffantly genuine soul person Great Job Gary keep it up made my night better thank you

My family and I went thru drive thru in the evening after a football game service was slow but fries were half full and warm sandwiches looked like they threw them together. Didn't even look like what we ordered!

We ordered 2 burgers and walked away with 5 wrong burgers. When I took my second wrong burger back to them they finally decided to fess up and tell me the lettuce was on recall but that doesn't explain why they couldn't put tomato on it twice. The fries were also garbage. Would not recommend.

Well, the food was okay, and the new restaurant looks nice, but we were were unable to eat inside. I ordered on the app and it said "dine in" was a available so I chose that. When we went to the restaurant door, it was locked, even though an employee was seen dining inside. I understand the employee shortage issue, but they should have updated their online status to indicate they were drive thru only. I dislike eating in my car and would have eaten elsewhere, but I had to go through the drive thru and get my food since I went ahead with the online order without knowing that the dining room was closed.
