Wendy's, Allentown PA

First time at this Allentown location before the Eagles Charity Baseball game down the street at Coca Cola field.
I placed my order with Duane and her vibe was pure joy. Smiling and engaging with folks as they ordered their food.
Then LORENZ, who stepped into my path, asked if I needed help dispensing my soda because when I looked at the machine, it looked like a washer machine.
Can you tell I don't frequent Wendy's often?
He reached out to me plus he saw the soda I wanted was unavailable and so, he took my cup and went to back machine and filled it! Thank you kind young man for walking the extra mile for me. And I do believe you will open your eatery by 25! Happy to meet these team members!

Good food at a good price. The best fries with cheese sauce, love the way that combo works.

Waited in line at the drive-thru for an hour just for nuggets and fries and when I was ordering the person taking the order was speaking so low I could barely hear them

Literally the most efficient Wendy’s drive thru I have ever been in! I usually don’t review fast-food chains but, man, I was so impressed and they got everything right. Food and payment all good to go in seconds.

What a night and day difference with this location. Usually when I come to this location it's slow. The crew the day that was there today was on point. The lady running the register was helping with the staff in the back. Something had been forgotten on the order, brought it up, and the lady was really nice. Don't remember her name but the team here around lunchtime is the model of how hospitality should be. Fast, responsive, sweet/nice and approachable. Thank you for making the experience better

I hope Wendy’s corporate is looking at these reviews because they are very 100% accurate! The drive-through wait at night is pathetic! After reading all these reviews, the car in front of me finally left and I followed right behind him. I would restart if I was the owner and ensure your providing the proper service that people deserve. Have a little more pride in yourselves! Not something that I would expect from Wendy’s.

The people that work here are miserable. They hate their job and they show it. Management needs to take charge. This place is not welcoming at all!

Very slow to dispatch an order, even so the empty place does not move to dispatch an order.

Did a mobile pick up order, drive through was on the street. Only taking one order at a time. Staff standing and talking and not working. Took over an hour to get my food that i ordered on the app for quick pick up.

. Eww. I mean it's fast food but really. No one was even friendly. Wendy's. Check your staff. They're not good.

Used a reward on the pay online option of the app. Plus I ordered the $3 breakfast combo. Picked up order and went home. They forgot to put the potatoes the bag. Went back for them but ended up ONLY eating them cuz by then the rest was cold.

I'm in the Drive Thru, waiting for 5 minutes just to ask if anyone is there. Then the lady told me 1 second = 15 minutes of waiting, just to even order.

I went through the drive through so I can't speak about the dine I experience but the drive through was slow as heck from the time I pulled up to the time I got my food too 37 minutes due to being backed up if your looking for a quick bite and using the drive through I'd recommend another place but if u don't mind the wait the staff was nice and the food was hot the long wait ain't enough to turn me away

This is The first Wendy’s that I’ve ever gone to and every time I go they are never available to take orders ever.
They never give you a reason To weigh the store is open all day. Never want to take orders this place I swear everyone is getting paid to do nothing the lines always long coming out of the parking lot people wait and wait and then last minute. They are telling you always they’re not taking any orders but they opened. Everyone is rude and Whenever they are taking orders the food is cold and the service sucks! Like is top worst. GO AT YOUR OWN RIS

2 cars ahead of me, waited in line 10m before I could order. Waited another 10m after I ordered to get my food. It's always like that there and it's never crowded. Never.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, waited for 20mins at drive-thru to order then had to wait another 20 for food that was slapped together and they forgot some food as well.

Fire the whole staff and start over. I hope no one there makes more then 8$ an hr. Staff doesn't even answer drive through speaker half the time and add in wrong made orders I can say I'm glade they don't have Jobs that actually matter.simpletons

Constantly have issues with this place but today was enough that I'll never come back to this location 15 minutes waiting and I'm the only person in line and then as I'm already pulling off they say they are only taking door dash orders.wasted half of my lunch break

This place should be shut down it’s always an upset and food is cold even while buns are burnt and cheese always looks cold it’s a disgrace
