Wendy's, Allentown PA

It was really bad. They had no coke or lemonade. All the lids etc were out of stock. The ketchup was runny for some reason. Food was great! I got chicken nuggets. Unfortunately all the chairs were run down and the seat cushions were ripped. The table was dirty and the floor was sticky. Will not be back.

Just tried to grab some dinner after being at the hospital for the last 6 hours. Pulled up to the drive thru, waited, no one asked to take my order. Decided to drive around the building again and saw the employee sitting at the table in the empty restaurant. We made eye contact as I drove around, I went back to the speaker- nothing. As I was grabbing food at Taco Bell next door, saw another car drive to the exit from the drive thru. Sad example of work ethic.

Wendy's is always an enjoyable place to eat. Whether you eat in or take out or by drive through, the food is always fresh and delicious.

Didn't get the right food and it was cold. Didn't get a receipt.called they said come back and we will refund your money.went back the next day before 5.like they said. Manager was very ruid and said she would not give my money back because I didn't have a receipt
They ask to see if my dept card showed it we're I used it. Still would not give my refund. I said the girl did not give me one. Plus the place is dirty.

Looked like no one was working someone thinks their funny with the amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich and not even a napkin in the bag to pick up my egg and wipe the Mayo off the sausage was good

Service was terrible. They forgot my order, and I had to go back in a couple of times just because they missed a couple of things. Food was trash. I asked for spicy nuggets, and they gave regular nuggets instead. BBQ sauce had a hole. Fries was cold. Just Garbage.

I went in today and got a jbc biggie bag and the young man I believe his name was Angel that took my order was nothing but an angel, he was very polite and patient with me, I have special needs and he was calm, cool, collected and very chill, he was super polite, the boy with the waves making my sandwich was also very delightful!

Used to be a good location as of lately not so much. I'm glade the staff is there and not at a job that actually matters because making a basic sandwich like Jr bacon only ketchup for example is too hard for them.

It would be great if people knew how to properly take an order.if your reading it back to me correctly maybe you can try to give me the food you repeated back to me.if your gonna get paid to do your job maybe try actually doing it.it’s not a surprise your at minimum wage if your gonna give minimum effort

If 0 stars were an option I'd give that. Every order I ever had at this Wendy's the Dave's single never has ketchup, mayo condiments on it etc. The chilli is always cold and never had a sour cream in the bag after requested. Absolutely no pride comes out of her between the workers hanging up on guests on the phone and repeated mistakes. You shouldn't get paid by the hour you should get paid by quality and then maybe you would actually care.

Worst service ever. They are slow as hell. I order a mobile and got to customer service window of the drive through. They told me to wait in the front of the store in my car. What a waste of time and expensive. They do everything so slow and they don't what they're doing.

The young lady was very respectful and polite who took my order. The food was well cooked the meat wasn't dry very juicy appreciate that it wasn't salty. The baked potato was nice and soft very fresh. Everything I ordered was fresh and service was fast. When you also walk in it is very clean

Two things went wrong: my husband wanted to use Apple Pay and the lazy woman at the window said that he’d have to go inside because the machine cannot be brought out-then why have a Apple Pay sticker on that same window and why couldn’t she take his phone to do the transaction or use a glove to do that if she was afraid. Then her conversation was way more important then giving us our food. The guy gave us one sauce when we had two orders of nuggets. The other thing is I got food poisoning now and we’re never coming back.

This is really the worst Wendy’s to order from in this area. I’ve given it 3 tries and I’m always disappointed. This last visit was really the cherry on top. Ordered through the drive thru and they said my grilled chicken for my salads would take 15mins. Had hungry kids and grocery bags in the trunk, so i waited. I walk inside to pay for my order (Never mind how filthy the place looks and sticky the floor was) i still had to wait another 30 mins for them to STILL get my order wrong. I rather drive out the extra couple mins for the Wendy’s in the next town or go to yucky McDonald’s than order from this location again. I’m not sure what the requirements are to work there, but they need some major improvements in their staffs work ethic. Won’t be returning. I’ll grill my own darn chicken next time smh

Worst Wendy’s I have ever eat at, inside is super unsanitary, the employees do NOT CLEAN ANYTHINGGG PLEASE DONT EAT HERE, don’t waist your time & money it’s disgusting.

Very good food the burgers are banging here best Wendy's ever never messed up any of my orders
