Wendy's, East Stroudsburg PA

Staff is friendly but I wish the didn't give me the wrong order basically every other time I go there. What's worse is it usually wrong when I go inside to order.

Great location right off highway. Which lead to a mad rush of holiday travelers. The employees were overwhelmed but stayed calm eventhough there was a very angry man being mean and harassing the workers.
Something that might help in this case is to turn off the screen that says when your order is ready because that was moving faster than the food could be cooked and packed. This made people upset that their "food wasn't ready when they said"

Usually do drive thru with no issues. Went inside this last time, and counter person just handed us cups to use on a broken fountain drink machine, but my wife and I both wanted lemonades that were not even on there. Not a biggie, just needs a little work.

Cold fries, bad soda machine unhappy cashier on front counter. Very bad experience! With my family. The frosty machine no working.

I have had work experience at Wendy's here at this location back in 2012-2016 and actually a few months ago in the summer, I even walked out due to conditions at this location in particular, if anybody knew the owners and how little they care about worker safety as well as public safety, nobody would spend money there or the other 8 plus stores they own, back when they remodeled the dining room there was so much black mold on the walls by the bathrooms and ceilings and ceiling vents throughout the building, they have the same "maintenance" guy come in and paint white over the mold, wallpaper barely sticks to the wall. The electrical work is highly unsafe all around the store especially above the fryers, in the summer your working in summer heat plus a million degrees from the grill and fryefs not being properly vented and cheap air conditioning. What made me finally leave is the fact they had sewage floating around at our feet for days and days only closing the dining room and still serving customers in the drive thru, food that has been exposed to human waste. That's just this Marshalls creek location, imagine the other 10 or more stores they have. I wish owners weren't given heads up everytime a health inspector comes

Sat in drive thru for 24 minutes waiting for my order only two or three people working

I don't normally give reviews for fast food places, but this place is incredibly fast and has been accurate with the orders. I'm been 3 times and I get my food before I finish paying. Keep it up.

Well, the food was good. The amenities were okay. It is very clean for the most part, though the drink dispenser was a bit of a mess. Other than that, it was still good.

Super sweet staff — when the coffee wasn’t hot, they insisted on making a fresh pot and gave us nuggets for free to call it even! Lovely people.

This Wendy's location is conveniently located right off the highway. Easy in and easy out. Service is fast and there is a drive through service in case you need to just keep going. Recommend.

I see that this restaurant already has a rating of less than 4 stars. No wonder. I asked for an über order. It came with no condiments at all.

Two separate Wendy's that I visited while in the Poconos had the freshest food I've ever ordered from a Wendy's.with fries so crispy and good that I went 2 days in a row and ordered the same thing and was extremely satisfied!

Awesome staff! Great and friendly service. Especially thankful that they found the purse we left at the table and kept it safe for us.

I ordered the new hot chicken sandwich with pickle chips, not good at all, nothing like the picture on the menu, fries were not hot at all. My wife ordered a baked potato, she was okay with her meal, our drinks were fine. Pretty dissatisfied with this particular Wendy's.

Faster service than expected for a great fish sandwich. These usually take a little longer, but not this time. Paired with a spot on cheese burger deluxe as a side for an improvised surf and turf! Keep up the excellent work!
