This location consistently forgets food on the order, today the manager gave me my order and was still missing food…pretty damn pathetic service and management.

Went through the drivethrough and was treated horribly. Was given the wrong item and when I went back was told they didn't have what I wanted so instead of informing me that they were out they charged me and gave me something else. Customer service was really awful.

Couldn’t even get my order right and they forgot my sandwich which I know is my fault for not checking before I left but geez is it really so hard for them to do the job they are being paid to do so I can receive the products I paid for.

Was told this bag is for the first order and got back and was mid eating it thinkin this isn’t a spicy crispy chicken ended up being my aunts food and not mine. So basically gave me the wrong order when mine was the “first” order

Long line at drive thru at 1: 30, then when I got my food found out my order was wrong. Ordered chicken sandwich got a single, so I also overpaid. I will not go back

No one will look at you or make eye contact at the front counter to take your order. Out of ketchup in the dispenser, "we don't make decalf coffee in the afternoon. "Out of potatoes!
Out of apples for salad. The did look short handed, but tell your customers that!

Placed a quick order using the mobile app which was quick and easy. I always like the promos they have going on. Didn’t get anything special but it did take slightly longer then usual as they had to replace some type of cartridge in the soft drink machine. Not a major issue, they were apologetic and it didn’t take too long. Food was serviceable and the people were friendly.

Recently, I went through drive thru and ordered six sandwiches. They were 3 triple burgers, and 3 mozzarella chicken sandwiches. I apologized for large order before ordering. At window, I was treated rudely and girl at window barely said anything while she held out her hand for money. Gave change back without a word and closed window. It didn't take long for order but when it was handed to us, all sandwiches were packed into one bag. Got home only to find out most sandwiches were either wrong ones or made wrong (1 chicken was a regular chicken, and 2 of the triple burgers were doubles instead). I hope this reaches the correct people and that this location takes measures to be better in the future.

It was not busy but my food came very fast and was surprisingly fresh. They put napkins in both bags and my bacon was nice and crunchy. The guys working today 1/2/23 at 730 pm deserve props.

Got a biggie bag, which comes with a bacon double stack, I wanted it plain, no bacon as well with extra cheese and they gave me a single patty with 3 slices of cheese and then argued with me when I asked why I didn't get thr double stack and wouldn't fix it just kept telling me that's what I ordered.

I had the Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich and it is the best fast food item I have ever tasted. It is better than chik-fil-a and better than you get in full service restaurants. Highly recommended.

Place is a joke multiple times I have went there and they state “our system is down and we can’t take any orders”.

Ice cold. Cheese wouldn’t even melt. The squeeze cheese also cold. Burger cold. Frys bone cold. No refund. Straight cardboard tasting burger. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Almost unbelievable they served this.

Inside was clean. Pretty busy drive thru, but they recognized us and said they would be a second or two, which is nice.

Food was good.
