Ordered curbside, at the restaurant, checked in right after I submitted the order. 25 minutes go by and still no food. So I went into restaurant and they didn't even know there was a curbside order. They then took their time making it, I got the food maybe 15 minutes after that. Checked the bag, order was wrong, ordered two HUGE sandwiches, what was in there were two small sandwiches (the ones you get in a kids meal), and the potato that I ordered was missing toppings. Went back to tell them about the wrong sandwiches, they looked at us like they were confused. Every person in the restaurant had wrong orders, the workers were wearing headphones, wearing crocs, no hair nets or gloves, and the floors were so dirty, I was sticking to them. There were flies everywhere. Horrible service, manager refused to step up for the mistakes, a boy that wasn't even involved in the order came up to apologize and help fix the order.

We enjoy Wendy's but we had way to many bad experiences at the one in wyomissing we just waited 45 min for food we ordered on the app. Everyone seemed new and no one was trained. We felt bad for the workers running in circles that were not trained

It just seems like this particular Wendy's always runs out of items and the staff seem unhappy and sparse. Possibly poor management?

It took about a half hour to receive my mobile order. The first bag they gave me was wrong and when I handed it back, it ripped and fell on the ground! He looked so defeated I felt so bad. Everyone was very nice and apologetic for the wait.

In a time when restaurants are having a problem filling shifts with associates let only quality, friendly associates.this Wendy's location has done their job! Are you going to wait an extra ten minutes in line.yes.were are still in a crazy pandemic world.that being said.the associates are polite, friendly and hard working.they are quite a few young people working the window and they are always upbeat. I choose to frequent this location instead of the 5th Street highway Reading location because they are a quick as possible, the associates actually care about the customers and get my order correct. If you are in Reading, PA area, be patient and choose this location.you will get excellent service and great food!

This location is terrible. I’m tired of spending my hard earned money on this place. They forget something every single time. This time was my medium fry and It’s getting pretty annoying now.

Over 15 minute wait in drive-thru for a mobile order. Staff on calls on their mobile phones. Total chaos. Always disappointed going here. Avoid it.

Broadcasting Rd Shopping Center Wyomissing PA Wendy's packed inside and drive-thru backed up back to parking lot entrance. Waited 20 minutes in line and never made it to place my order. Left there and went to a Wawa down the road and bought an Italian sandwich there. I truly hate going to the Reading area. Bad traffic on Rt 222 to Rt 422 was glad to hit the turnpike and head west for home in South Central PA.

Food is consistent. Lunchtime drive thru service is efficient. The food was fresh and tasted good. Good food at a reasonable cost, coupons are available.

On 12/01/21 at 7 pm. I went to place an order through the drive through. There were no cars behind me. The girl taking the order stated that she couldn’t hear me and stated that I needed to come inside for her to take my order. There was a lot of noise coming from other employees in the background and I politely told her that she couldn’t hear me because the noise the other employees had. The girl stated that I needed to come inside and did not take my order. She didn’t even attempt to hear me out or asked me to come to the next window to take my order since there were no cars behind me. Poor customer service and I do not recommend. I recommend Burgers King way better customer services.

Drove to this location on Monday and waited in a very long line while six employees were enjoying beverages and smoking in the parking lot; finally decided to go elsewhere, Went tonight and waited a long time in a much shorter line. The employee on the speaker was not pleasant; wait time in line and at the window was very long and the one employee was making drinks and frosty beverages and letting them sit and melt down. Seems like the food was cooked one item or order at a time. The other man basically tossed my food to me and turned and walked away. No have a nice day or kiss my @$$, nothing but a dirty look. Got to my hotel and most of the items were wrong! This place should turn off the lights and lock the doors, put this current crew back on unemployment because they don’t want to be there and they are giving the chain a bad name.

This evening I ordered two "deals". The new employee entering the orders was totally confused, and asked for assistance from an experienced employee. That was okay. I'm still not sure I got any discounts on the "Feed the Fam" deal, because the receipt is almost illegible, and there was no price posted on the web site portion of this deal. While placing my order, I saw the rack of cookies, and a blue sign that promised cookies for $0.99 instead of $1.49 each. The rookie looked confused, but he literally picked up the sign and acknowledged 99 cent price. While waiting for my food, I looked at the receipt and saw cookies at full price. I brought this to his attention, and he again called over the experienced person. I showed her the wrong price on the cookies. She looked at the sign, and said I did not get the price because I had not ordered the proper deal. Now, keep in mind, I bought $30 worth of deals. I argued that he should have told me I was not getting the discount. Manager's response, "He's new! ". To me, if he sees 99 cents but charges $1.49, the customer should be told. He also should have asked how to override the list price. He did none of that.
Now, about the order. My order included two spicy chicken sandwiches. These were totally overdone, so badly I could not bite through them. They would have also forgotten my Frosty, had I not reminded them it was missing.
I have been disappointed at this Wendy's in the past. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. This was worthy of ZERO stars. The food was bad. The attitude was bad. The price was nothing special. There are very good competitors in the immediate vicinity. Go there.

Sept 16th around 530 ordered number 9 with no onions kid at drive through argued there was no onions on the sandwich maybe know the menu if you wanna get smart, when we got our food there was onions on it and then while eat fries found a hair in them. I guess they don’t know how to use hair nets like they're supposed to when working with food, place needs the health board to go in there.

Food has always been good, but service is extremely poor and rude. Also, the last three times food has been wrong, forgot, or both.
