Hamburger Restaurant Wendy's reviews
16Arrived 8/29 @ 5: 20p. 5 cars in front of me, waited 36 minutes to get to the speaker. Waited another 5 to place order, then 6.5 to get my food. UNACCEPTABLE.
Lobby never open. The size of things gets smaller every other week. Drive thru is never less than 20 minutes. Employees are rude, use profanity and appearance looks homeless
Got takeout from Wendy’s, Dave’s double with fries and a Frosty. I like the Baconator but it doesn’t come with any condiments on it. Dave’s sandwich types come with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions with a sauce. The burger especially in the two patty version is a big sandwich and filling. Fries have changed again? They are now thinner, but not as thin as McD’s and had a good flavor to them. Was a nice change from their usual soggy fries. And who doesn’t like Frosty on a hot day? I came past McD’s and Arby’s and there wasn’t a car in either drive thru. But hit Wendy’s and it was 5 deep. Wendy’s does take longer in the drive thru then any other fast food place. But the food is always hot and freshly made so I always wait patiently.
Sticky countertops, staff appeared like we were bothering them because it was early in the morning. Bugs around soda machine.
I must say that this is one of the few times that I have been very disappointed with this Wendy's. The service was good, but the food was cold and my daughter's happy meal did not include her toy. I didn't even bother to call in to complain, because I know all restaurants are working short staffed and have younger kids working. The drinks and frosty were great.
The absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to! Got a $5 biggie bag with a jr bacon cheeseburger and was given a 4 piece nugget. All 3 of my small cokes were diet. The fries are chewy and old. The order screen is broken so I couldn't see if my order was correct. Wasn't given a receipt. There was an older woman just standing around on her phone while the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Couldn't get back in line or go in to correct my order because my 3 year old was losing his mind by the time we were served the first time. What a joke.
Slowest service imaginable. They regularly take 5 minutes per vehicle in their drive-thru.
Absolutely worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Worker seemed mad that we decided to order despite her saying “exact change because our card machine is down”. Ordered our food, half of it was wrong. Decided to take the loss instead of waiting 20 minutes again to fix our food. Will not be back. Oh, and maybe hire some workers that actually want to work instead of being miserable:)
Stopped here at 11pm on Saturday night because we were coming back from Hershey Park and the drive thru worker who looked like a teenager was rude. He instantly asked "why 11 oclock"? And just continued rude little comments throughout paying and handing food. Also forgot to give us our happy meal. He needs a nicer attitude or just don't work with people.
Traveling back so we stop for a quick bite and restroom break the doors are all locked @ like 7pm
The line has 4- cars ahead of me then my burgers are cold
Wouldn't recommend stopping here for a delicious hot meal.
My Cobb Salad had so many large pieces of lettuce

I had a Great Experience at this location and Walt was awesome! I look forward to our next visit in this location!
Doors locked not open when supposed to be 1 o'clock doors locked drive through is wrapped around the whole place need new management
So, they make you wait at the order box and they say "sorry, we had a big order ahead of you" to every person in line. You can hear them giving that excuse when you're in line with your window down.wait.and waiting.for twenty minutes.waiting. I suspect the real reason behind the wait is so their drive through times look good. Then, they can't be bothered to get your order right, but hey, corporate will be happy with the wait times. This isn't the first time, but it will be the last. Never again. Sheetz is right there. Save yourself the time and hassle and drive across the parking lot to Sheetz.
Staff stood around while we, and others, were waiting to order. The fries were cold and the guy making them kept putting his fingers in his ear - I think feeling an earring? One person ordered a salad and the staff member who took the order said he "knows the ingredients are back there but they just don't feel like making it. " One of the soda machines were out of soda. There were no napkins anywhere in the restaurant. The floor was so sticky your shoes stuck to it. Won't be going back to this location.
I ordered food, on the Mobile App, on Tuesday. I was missing one item (ghost pepper fries) and another (10 piece nugget) only had 7 nuggets. No big deal, figured they would just adjust my charges, so I reached out to them in the app; no response. A survey, where I asked for a call back; no response. Two emails to different addresses; no response. And, a FB message; no response. Very upset that a simple issue, was completely ignored.
