Wendy's, Sinking Spring PA

Cold fries, chicken sandwich was like it was sitting around on the counter not even really warm and frosty was pretty much chocolate milk. Then service is a bunch of attitude from people who people there. Now I remember why I stopped going to that one

Food was okay, but not worth the 20 minutes I waited in the drive through line. (Was the third car from the speaker), only to reach the window and be treated like I am disturbing them. Line was wrapped around the building and the dude at the window acted like he was bored. Moving at a snails pace.

On Burger day today not only I waited in the drive thru before I could place me order I waited 30 minutes on the line with others this store today was running very very slow on top of that after i waited for my food which took another 15 minutes my food was cold I questioned the person at the window the person grabbed my food with an attitude threw my food away instead of giving me fresh fries he rolled up my money and gave it back to me without any food he was very rude he said here is your money back and good bye after spending more than 40 minutes witching waiting to place my order and waited for food which was not to my acceptance food was cold if they were that busy today everything should of been fresh

Service was horrible. Fast food was fast at one point. This was 20 minutes in the drive through. Only ordered a burger and fries. Maybe if the employees were not on their phones my food would be warm. I use to love this Wendy’s but now I’ll drive out of my way for better service.

Extremely slow. Work harder to earn that $15/hr pay because right now, you don't deserve it.

Just tried ordering a frosty and medium soda here. No one answered. Waited for 20 minites. Its 1030, says drive thru closes at 12.

Food normally comes out okay. Seems like it's run by kids. Sometimes we're waiting 20 minutes in the line for 4-5 cars. Unsure if this is specific to Wendys or it's just this location. Prefer the Exeter location

I got a Prezetel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich and the chicken was not cooked properly. It was hard and not edible. Ruined my Wendy’s experience and down $20.

Waited 15 min for food. Only car in drive through. Food was cold and old. Not the first time.

The gentleman at the drive-thru was extraordinarily kind and helpful. The food was your typical Wendy's food. No mistakes were made nothing was forgotten and service was helpful and fast.

I made the poor decision to stop here for lunch before grocery shopping. I waited so long in the drive through line, I could have gone grocery shopping then went home and cooked a Thanksgiving dinner then gone back and waited an additional 30 minutes for a Jr bacon cheeseburger. FML

At a fast food place. You should never be waiting at the speaker box for 20 minutes just waiting to place an order. Owners failure to staff the location.

This has to be the worst Wendy's. Twice I went there for a Frosty and was told they were out of them. I would give them less than 1 star!

Order is never right anymore and drive through takes forever. We don't go here anymore.

Takes FOREVER to get through the drive-through. They have a huge sign hanging up saying the dining room is open but the doors are always locked. Can’t understand a word the guy they usually have taking the orders says. Order is usually wrong 95% of the time. Love Wendy’s but PLEASE GET SOME NEW MANAGEMENT….

Did an online order and it took a half a hour of waiting to get order! After I got my order they gave me a soda instead of a frosty that I order! Service is extremely slow and poor!

I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit meal with a frosty chino. My sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was just a slab of cold cheese. My frosty chino was made with the liquid that they make Frosty’s with, not actual frosty like it supposed to be. I called to talk to the manager, and she was the one that was working the drive-through. After yelling and arguing with me on the phone, she then hung up on me, I was just trying to find out why my food was given to me the way it was.

My go to place for something quick. Always a lot of choices. Always has something new to try.

If you like slow drive thru and long waits.this is the place to go. It was good before covid. Now it's so bad.

If I could give this wendys a 0 star I would. They delivered us the most disgusting food I've ever had and somehow made our coca colas taste like sewage water? They don't pick up the phone. Im concerned about the cleanliness of their machines and the maintenance if the food tastes this bad.
