Wendy's, York PA

We got food yesterday in the drive thru my husband got home with the food and it was all wrong he called the store and the manager said we could come in and he would replace the order my husband went today on his way home and the person at the counter was rude and wouldn't even speak to him she slammed the bag on the counter and didn't say a word to him we definitely will not go back to this location

The place was pretty well stocked. And clean. Anahi was most helpful! I was happy she took my order!

Sometimes a bit understaffed, (edited: very badly understaffed) but polite and attentive.
I have food allergies and they have always been reasonable.

My benchmark in fast food is always "how do they handle the inevitable mistakes" and they do well.

Ever since the new manager took over the service has taken a totally different direction. Fast, clean, sodas stocked, he also walks around interacting with customers when he's on site. I almost gave up on this place 100% worth a second chance

My food is constantly cold! Never hot and the employees don't do anything about it.slow service and bad management, I will say the employee who I notice working in the back who steps outside is very friendly.

They can sometimes be a bit slower than other chains, but you'll get less food that's sit beneath the heat lamp. I've really enjoyed their breakfast offerings, and using the app you can be sure to get your order the way you like. A personal fave is the Baconator breakfast sandwich, but on a croissant instead of a roll. Lots of offers & rewards available through the app as well!

Horrible Managing. Suppose to have an interview at 2pm I get told to be there exactly at 2pm and another person had one at 6pm I was there exactly 2pm and manager wasn't even there but expect me to be there on time when your Hiring Manager can't be there on time is horrible. The guy that was with me even left because he said it's unprofessional. You guys need better Hiring Managers that takes there job seriously I wonder why you guys are low on staffs at 1283 Carlisle Rd in York Pa

I am so frustrated. I came to this location after finding out they're open until 1 in the morning and I got here before midnight and they're closed. Finished your hours on your website. Wasted all 16 minutes of my life

Went to Wendy's yesterday at West York the voice box where order are placed was Fuzzy and unclear when I went to the window to explain I was unable to place my order a young lady went to get a gentleman slim built gentleman who came to the window and told me because I was unable to place my order that they were not going to hold up their line and was not taking my order because of it back up their line I was turned away so to me that was poor service it shows me Wendy's does not care about their customers and McDonald's would have never turned the customer away although I don't eat outside but I can say McDonald's would have never turned there customer away but it goes to show you the time we live in and people don't care not even about One customer which is fine this is exactly why I would never recommend Wendy's terrible it's terrible service terrible experience while I was on my vacation

While the food was delicious and some of the staff was very kind some was not. I sat at the drive through order spot for 5 minutes before being helped and then come to find out its because the guy helping drive through stepped out for a smoke break cause I watched him doing it while I waited and watched him return in while another employee came out to get more food from storage and asked if we were being helped.upon replying no weren't she went back in side and the guy who'd been back inside now since this girl came out finally asked to take my order.sooo customer service is very lacking.

It took 15 minutes to get my food and there was no one there when i stepped up to the counter. Oh, i forgot to say i had to wait for someone to even wait on me. I looked behind the counter by the cooking area and there were fries laying all over the floor. When i did get my food, i went to sit down and there was food all over the dining area floor.
Won't be ever going back there again and i love to eat at Wendys.

The staff here here is just a mess. Didn't always use to be, but currently. They lose orders, mess up orders, get way too behind. The last time I was there my food was cold and I had to have them remake it. How is that possible? It's fries and nuggets. I was one of a dozen having issues over a 30 minute time period. The manager even just walked off and was no help.

The entire interior of Wendy’s on Carlisle is absolutely disgusting! There was @ least one employee with three others “possibly employees not on shift” having a conversation loud enough to hear, with continued foul language. On a previous visit, it was disgusting & an employee had brought their children with them to work. The children were melting down, yelling, running, fighting… Done with Wendy’s!

Stopped by a half hour before close at 12: 30 AM, and they told me through the speaker that they were only going to be taking DoorDash orders for the rest of the night. After asking if they close at 1 AM, they seemed to fumble around their words and not Really give a straight answer. Shows that they were just trying to do nothing at the end of the night. I understand being tired, but it’s the hours say open, people are going to be leaving their houses to go there and be disappointed. They knew how late Wendy’s was open until when they applied for the job.

Outside trash cans were overflowing. The inside trash cans were overflowing. The bathrooms were dirty. The bathroom floors hadn't been mopped in so long that they were very slippery. We left without ordering.

The girl on the intercom had an attitude over the way I placed my order and corrected me. The guy at the window had zero manners or professionalism. Just handed me the bag and drinks. Then one thing that really concerns me is they didn’t run my card at the window. My card disappeared off into the back and it was brought back to the window. I didn’t receive a receipt either. Very concerning.

Mass confusion and unbelievably slow service. Only accepting cash and the doors to dine in are locked at 5pm. This place like all other Wendy's in this area absolutely sucks. Absolutely pathetic.

Sat in line for 40 minutes just to be told they were only accepting cash. Waited another 20 minutes for the line to move enough so I could exit without food.

Threatened with physical violence for requesting a refund after me and 7 other customers waited over 35 minut s for our food. Not only will I not be back to this Wendy's, but there is a likely chance they will hear from my attorney. Absolutely unacceptable behavior to a customer, and I had my 6 year old daughter with me when this occured.

I bought food at the drive thru here a few months back before the renovations, and needless to say, it was terrible, and I vowed never to eat at this particular location ever again.
