Wendy's, New Holland PA

Always good Wendy's food. However, service is standardly slow here, no matter when going here.

Great stop on our busy day!
Friendly customers and the parm ceasar salad and chili were actually amazing.
The place was clean and I love all the options in the soda fountain.
I saw they now have Peace Tea flavors. My favorite is the zero sugar minute maid peach and grape! So sweet!

This place is dirty and disgusting with disgusting employees who I witnessed not washing their hands after using the restroom. Can't keep employees and usually only 2 or 3 working as slow as they possibly can. Maybe if they paid them a living wage they could get good people to work there. It's an embarrassment to this town and I don't understand why they're still here? McDonald's and Subway nextdoor are run fantastically! You need to take a lesson from them Wendy's!

Couldn't get good customer service and can't get a plain burger right. Last I checked no mustard ketchup and onion was that hard. Would not recommend this location. The lady at the counter was rude and condescending.

Wow, been in drive thru now for 35 min. Very slow. Speaker didnt even work. Very disappointing.

The were soooo busy but the team handled it with grace and a smile on their face. The nanagers cheerfulness was so pleasant. The only thing whomever is doing the fries needs to ease up on the salt. But wither that that, I will returning to this location often

Please don’t go here! I went to the drive through and sat for a while just waiting for them to come to the mic and take my order, I only got a sandwich and fries and I almost got charged twice for my food. The first time was like $11 and I sat there and waited for my food for a while, and then a different lady came back and tried to charge me $20, after I told her I already paid she finally after like 5ish more minutes begrudgingly gave me my food. There was such a lack of communication between the workers. Unreal. Thankfully the food was good! But the service absolutely sucked!

I went to this Wendy's tonight on the way to work around 930. I ordered the asiago ranch chicken club combo (lettuce tomato ranch cheese and bacon) - spicy with no tomato [ I don't eat mayo or tomato] they let me know it would be a 6 min wait on spicy. The employee brought out my food and I drove to work only 5 min away. When I checked my order I realized it was a regular spicy chicken combo (mayo lettuce and tomato [ again I don't eat mayo or tomato] and not the asiago ranch. I didn't check it at the restaurant bc, although slow, they usually get it right (well at least on day shift). When I went back they apologized and said they would fix it. I waited about 7 min. The employees came out apologized again and went back inside. As I am checking the new sandwich I noticed that it is still wrong. This time it had no bacon. Wendy's charges more for this sandwich specifically bc the cheese and bacon. I didn't have time to go back for a third or my money back because I didn't want to be late for work and would eat it anyway bc I needed something b4 my graveyard shift. Upon arriving at my work station and reopening my sandwich I see all this ketchup on the inside of my sandwich wrapper which I one of the reasons why I say no tomato in the first place.the only reason why I give them 3 stars is bc they are always nice otherwise they'd get 2 bc I'm highly irritated and hangry.

Somehow, it shouldn't take over 12 minutes to get thru drive-thru when there are only 2 vehicles ahead of me. Food was good once I finally received it.

Food was just ok. Ordered bacon cheeseburger and got just cheeseburger. My lady ordered single cheeseburger and got chicken sandwich. Don't dare complain as the cook may not like it, if you know what I mean. Last visit to Wendy's in New Holland.

I had the pleasure of interacting with some great young folks. Pleasant, efficient and helpful! Sam, Shae & Nino! It's hard to find good help let alone great with excellent management skills! These employees deserve recognition

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for a while now and I never learn my lesson. The amount of times I’ve had where there’s missing ingredients, completely different orders, and cold food would drive any person away after the first few times. But I’m that sucker that keeps coming back, hoping that my food is warm, as advertised, and quick. I’ve had times where I waited 20-25 minutes with maybe 2-3 cars ahead of me.

So, if you love Wendy’s, stay away from this one. It’s been 3 years and nothing has really changed.

I don't know why I bought 3 baconators and they gave me the son baconator and of course once they gave it to me without bacon

Horrible service! Waited 25min after I placed the order and I just had to leave… so did like 5 other cars. That’s just ridiculous. There was 3 young guys and a woman that I could see. One of the guys taking the orders, the 2 other guys were in the back, one with a long beard and no net to cover it and the other guy just walking back and forth wiping his hands with a random paper he found on top of a shelf….
