Wendy's, Levittown PA

This is a typical fast food restaurant. I've never had a problem with the food or service. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is I had to rate atmosphere. There's not much atmosphere in a fast food restaurant.

I don’t know who the straggly, ignorant, unprofessional drive thru attendant was today - but - I will not return. I very rarely go to Wendy’s - I don’t know the menu like the back of my hand. I asked for a #7 that had a picture of a double burger - $6.19 sandwich $10.96 meal- attendant says, do you want a single, double, or triple- whichever one is $10.69- he said that’s why I’m asking 1,2,3 patties. I asked which is $10.69 he said single, but who wouldn’t assume the picture of the double is what they are advertising as being $10.69. So I asked for the double- he gives me a single. Fast food workers want so much money- but lack customer service and common courtesy/ not everybody eats at Wendy’s on a regular basis.

Grabbed a spicy chicken sandwich meal on my way home. Not sure who wasn't paying attention but it was full of pickles even though it only comes with mayo, lettuce, tomato. Oh well

Where to begin with this dump. Prices are not correct they over charge you. The cashier Barbra can't seem to understand what a to go order means. The same cashier touches money then sticks her dirty hands inside a french fry container and puts fries in it, very sanitary. Great management at this location. As ghetto as it gets.

Don’t usually like making these but feel it should be said.waited 40 minutes for an online order, when i got the food they were missing a meal.

The service was sooooo slow! We literally waited 30 mins for our food in the parking lot after sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins. We finally went into the restaurant to ask why it was taking so long and then they told us they lost the order. They wanted the receipt to prove that we ordered, but they didn’t give us a receipt. Worst experience at a “fast” food joint.

Went to this unsupervised Wendy on Lincoln highway Langhorne was in line for a whole hour and had not Ordered yet when my family finally made it close to the order speaker there were

This establishment is alright. Nothing to really say anything bad about the place, but at the same time there's nothing spectacular neither. I will return but I wouldn't go out of my way or anything.

I have just ordered cheeseburger and when I open the packet to eat my food there was only meat and tomato in my burger there was not any sign of cheese. Also I have ordered cola and they gave me cold tea. Never go there.

Ordered two pecan salads and coffee
After paying was told they were out of dressing for salad
Coffee was room temp ask to have it microwave it came back still room temp

They did not do burger properly. No cheese no bacon and sauce just meat and lettuce. It was trash. Never coming here

This Wendy's is always alright. It hasn't been renovated some like of the others in the area so it feels old inside. The employees aren't the most friendly and they don't keep the resturant as clean as they could. The food is fine, consistant with most others (the goal of a fast food chain). Overall, just ok.

Drive thru service was busy, very rushed. Not great customer service, no smiles, thank yous, niceties at all. It doesnt take much to smile and say thank you! Had to ask for a straw and the sauces we asked for and still did not get the correct ones.

Very hit or miss. Sometimes they are okay. This morning they messed up my order multiple times and then lied about refunding it. Like I said, hit or miss.

Placed an order through the app 30 min before close. The people ignored us and never provided our food. When we went to the window, even though it was open and we said, "excuse me, " they continued to act as if we didn't exist. Do not support this business.

It's Wendy's. It's better than most fast food. The rest make me physically ill but Wendy's is chill.
