Feeling ripped off!

I don't know if it's all Wendy's locations or just this one, but the food just seems to be lacking lately. The portions seem smaller, but I think that's literally everyone now. Any time I get anything with cheese, it just is barely melted on there, the buns always seem weird, not exactly fresh, but not stale either. The staff is always nice and inside is probably the nicest fast food place I've ever stepped into. Seems very clean and updated.

It's one of the better fast food chains in the area. Order is usually correct and the staff is plesant.

Did the drive through and the staff was fast and polite. Barely had any wait from when I ordered to paid to had my food. Very fast and very efficient.

So i came to wendy’s as i usually do because me and my family love wendy’s when we came today they messed up our order and we had for come all the way back from our house to get our order fixed and then when we came we told them we were just missing a 10 piece nugget and the manager and one of the employees Autumn had asked us “can i have the bags back to verify” i guess she thought we were lying and at that point i don’t want the food back because then your touching it and then I seen the situation was escalating with the manager because he was so rude so i just asked for a refund and but i wanted it on my card but Tim the manager insisted i would take cash and threw it at me so i could leave im never coming back this wendy’s ever again.im very not only hurt because i love to come here but disappointed with the management and how they treat customers.

Seriously this Wendys has daughter Wendys glam and daddy Dave's passion. 4 times over month half eating from them. Order accuracy 200%. Staff kindness and attention 200%. Quality food 200%. Truth this is a leader in the Wendys franchise, thank you all.

Super fast drive thru service. Fries were hot and right amount of salt, burger was delicious and the nuggets were nice and fresh. Definitely will be back.

Food is really good here never had a bad meal and the quality is really good it doesn't taste like fast food. The restaurant is also always clean

Great experience! We ordered on the app for dine in and everything was perfect. The service was very fast (and friendly) too. Hats off to your employees at this location.

There is a young lady on the drive-thru, she where's gold hoop earrings and she makes it the most pleasurable experience.

Honestly the fastest food place I've been to. Peak hour and I was out in 5ish minutes. Impressed

This is a great Wendy’s, best in the area. New restaurant, very good service, clean and modern, food is great. Got a Panko Fish Sandwich and it was crispy, fresh, and delicious. Their ghost pepper fries are actually hot and spicy. Their frostiest are the best milkshakes around. You definitely gotta go to this place.

Always rude staff when ever I go in. They don't great you. And it's not lik their personally rude to u, they just don't acknowledge you till they hav too. That has happened to me several times their.

Wendy's has the best fast food prices around. No one else in the area even comes close. Clean, speedy service and it's cheap!

Wendy's had definitely stepped up the game from their old Southampton location. This new location is clean, bright, and so much nicer. Even the people both employees and customers are happier and nicer to deal with. The food was fantastic. They have the least expensive bacon cheese fries (baconator fries) I've ever seen that come in a portion that's not so big it makes its own meal but big enough to satisfy, I thought they were excellent. I absolutely love the fries here and the nuggets are really good too. My wife had a burger and I had the spicy chicken sandwich, both meals were hot and delicious.

This location consistently turns out hot fresh food with very few mistakes. I’ve watched these folks make quick work of many long drive thru lines and the quality is superior to most other locations. Still just fast food but when they serve it hot, correct and quickly it is all you can ask for.

I got breakfast from the drive through. The lady in the window was very nice. My food was hot and delicious.

Each employee greeted me uniquely and had a mini conversation but still kept the line moving and got my food in record time. This was lunch time on a Wednesday too!
