I have never been to a slower drive-through. It just took me 20 minutes to get my food. I worked at the Wendy's in Wind Gap when I was younger, and there was a timer we always tried to beat to get recognized by corporate. This place would fall in the too slow category. This is the second time this has happened. I'd rather drive the 10 minutes up to Wind Gap next time. I would probably get my food faster.
As u know fast food is what it is. Charging 10 dollars for a Dave's double is outrageous. Smaller burgers. Bigger prices. Not cool Wendy.
We had a fairly big order. I must say it was done quickly, we didn't even have to pull off to the side and wait. This Wendy's is usually busy at dinner and they did great. Prices are getting high for fast food, but that's not the fault of the local Wendy's.
I really like Wendy's and this location is very clean and the workers are friendly. I definitely recommend this location.
Update since this location is no longer new: they have gotten a little better with order accuracy but best to check before taking your food home or in the car. Staff have been friendly.
First few times it was excellent, food fresh, employees pleasant. Last time we came food was horrible, asked for chicken nuggets and fries to be cooked to order, which they didn’t do, gave it back to them and the guy actually got pissed. When I went to eat my salad the chicken was hard and wasn’t made anywhere near what it was supposed to be. I did call the next day and the manager was excellent. Came in tonight, weeks later, the girl was miserable, made the same order and the food yet again sucked! Went back in asked the manager to make fresh chickens and fries as it was cold food that was given and the attitude was horrific. I work hard for my money and if I want a fresh meal that I am paying for then do it right the first time without the attitude or get a different job because your customer relations skills are lacking and you don’t hear what your customers Actually ordered! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Got a burger with my bacon cooked just perfectly. That never happens! Wendy’s is where it at! There breakfast is one of the best for being fast food. Go here, if there is a line it’s worth the wait!
Another great trip inside Wendy's. The staff were helpful, clean and cheerful.
They assisted me in getting my large order correct and even offered to help me to my car!
The burgers, fries and other goodies were made just right. Everything was freshly made in front of me and packaged to maintain warmth for my trip to hungry men.
Ordered two Krispy chicken sandwiches which usually never come with tomato on them for dinner. The sandwiches came with tomato and I could not eat them because it could kill me as I am allergic.
I hate to say it but the food at this location isn’t the best. I’ve talked about it with others and they all seem to agree. Never had an issue with the orders being wrong or items missing; it’s just, compared to other Wendy’s in the surrounding area, the food here just tastes off. The service is good and the place is clean. You may have to wait a bit if you go during peak hours. But I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes north or south to another Wendy’s to get the same thing but that’s a bit more flavorful.
I never ever leave reviews. But I had the worst experience here today. I am a doordasher on the weekends. Today I was picking up an order for this Wendy’s and I accidentally picked up the wrong order, I noticed right away and put it back. That was my mistake I understand. But the manager (not sure her name) blonde hair and a septum piercing, was extremly hostile and argumentative towards me. “Did you take that out of the store? ” She said this very rudely so I was like “uh no” and she was like “I’m only asking cause you touched it so now I have to remake the order”. I told her “don’t give me so much Additude”. Her response was “then don’t pick up the wrong order, now I have to remake it because you touched it! ” Extremly unprofessional and rude. I’ve never seen anything like it. It seems I’m not the only one whose experienced this rudeness from this manager. I’m surprised she is still there. I am sorry she had to remake the order; but accidents happen, and she’s the one who filled out this job application. Completely ruined my day and will not go there again.
One Wendy's that used to be consistently good. Today all the 'meat' was soo salty -to the point of being inedible. We should have taken it back, but dropped into trash instead. Sorry. This time was a disaster.
Robert was god-sent remade my order when my work held me from eating lunch allowing it to get cold he remade it in under 5 min deserves 5 stars
Been here a few times and the food is always great. Staff is always friendly and work efficiently. Way better than the Wendy’s on 25th st.
This is how a Wendy's should be represented. Staff was friendly and the customer service was great.
Bad execution of kiosk and management. You need to know when orders coming on the kiosk. It's not our fault. It's yours. "We get online orders too" you were standing at a table chatting with the others.
Manager was very rude. I asked for sauce and she would not give me sauce. I offered to pay for it and she gave me attitude and said I couldn't pay with cash. Who uses cash these days? I paid for it with my card but she was very rude.
Normally this Wendy's is awesome. But today 1/29/23 was an absolutely terrible experience. Not only did they forget several items but the woman who appeared to be the manager had a terrible attitude and bad mouthed us as if we couldn't see her through the window. Again usually not bad but today was horrible and someone needs to be help responsible.
The bearded ladies there are very stingy with the sauce and always forget to give you a straw. They might be brain dead
