Wendy's, Edwardsville PA

I was there yesterday 04/14 The employee at the drive thru window was not wearing a mask or gloves, touching everything, handing over our drinks after touching money and credit cards from other people. I will not go back there and I urge others not to unless they take the proper safety protocol. Also, my order was wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and given the regular chicken sandwich. Urgh.

Horrible first they mess my order up gave me 6 cheeseburgers with mustard when i ordered 6 Jr bacon cheeseburgers go back to fix it and they messed up again but may have been on purpose got home only 5 burgers in the bag i did not go back and won't be sheer incompetence

They rebuilt this Wendy's, the new seating is horrendous. This restaurant does a lot of business and they reduced their seating area. I do not want to sit at a bar style table eating fast food with strangers. Fireplace is sensless takes up space. I liked old lay out much much better. Also tables were really dirty last time I was there. I try to avoid this location.

My favorite a real burger chili sucks uses pork n beans use to love it but now who wants a bowl of pork in beans

So I literally just left the drive thru spent over 25$ on food for my family just for it ALL to be cold and hard.so not only did I wait in line for more that 10 mins ordering and waiting for food but they completely gave me all left overs. And I live pretty far from there so no I didn't go back but it was a waste of time and money.and everyone knows that's two things you don't get back! I'm pregnant and very hungry and they didnt help at all! Im highly disappointed and so is my family. Never again, one of the worst fast food I've ever been to

I love Wendy's food. Higher quality food. BUT I tried the breakfast croissant and it's the size of a slider! Very disappointed! It was good but really small. I guess that's why they have buy 1 get 1. Not sure if I'll do their breakfast again. Sorry Wendy's bad start on breakfast!

To get 2 sandwiches and a soda took like forever, with change in one of the sandwiches because what I ordered ended up not being available unless I wanted to wait to start from scratch, which I didn't after the time I already waited, and the second sandwich wasn't what I ordered, so had to wait for the switch. This was my first time doing business at this place and probably will be the last. Yuck

Every time I have gone there the employees are always friendly, helpful and smile! Not once has myself or my family has an issue there.

Wendy's was good on this day, but they're slumping. Food service should be of good quality and a have a good day attitude.

I usually use the drive thru here. It could be a tad faster but they are very good with getting orders correct.

10pm grilled chicken taking almost 20 minutes, waiting over 10 minutes in line to order.not very prepared.staff very friendly and apologetic.doesn't help couldn't order what we wanted

I ordered a meal as well as the other items, didn't get all of it and by the time it got sorted out, my frosty had melted.

Probably one of the better tasting of the fast food joints Tama but the prices at times are a little high, everybody's got a dollar menu so that helps. Remember no reason to spend good money on bad food, whether that's taste or healthwise fast food is a fast death

Messed up basic orders and were very rude, it felt like the employees did not care about their work at all. Food was bad as well, the fries were cold and old, the burgers tasted old and stale. Would not go again.

It's Wendy's. Fresh never frozen beef. The employees are great people who aren't afraid to engage in conversation. This restaurant is very clean, calm, and very nice inside and out. They do a great job of presentation. Whether it's the food, the restaurant it's self, or just the grooming of the employees. Very well mannered people. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The loaded bacon fries are amazing. And the vegetables are immaculately fresh Everytime no matter which Wendy's you visit. I refuse to go anywhere else for fast food

New remodel is kinda space consuming and uncomfortable. Staff sucks. And they short you on bacon.

Love the place but I'm not a fan of the new set up. They have highchairs but there aren't many places to easily put them near a table. Not very family oriented any more.

Oh my gosh, the window personnel is the sweetest lady! Food was good, just a snack to hit the spot this time.

Sometimes they would mess up my order. Otherwise, it is a good place to eat with nice people serving you. Although the new seating arrangment is awful.

Worst service ever! They Got my order wrong & they did not try to help me resolve the issue they then got rude on phone and hung up
