Wendy's, Ridley Park PA

The condiments were not added in my bag nor were napkins and the cashiers were very rude.never again

Waited in drive through for a half an hour and didn't even get the right order. Said sorry she was the only worker in the store but we can see someone on their break while there was a line around the store from the drive thru. Just unacceptable, how is this business still running with so many bad reviews?

I work down the road and was off at 5pm, it’s 6: 26 now and I’m still in the drive thru. Come on y’all have to do better! I been at the speaker box 20 minutes now

Pandemic special. Only process one order at a time and wait 40 minutes in the drive thru. Who cares how it tastes.oh it's cold anyway.

I gave this place a 4 star because the food is great when ur able to get it! I say that because tonight when I went there I waited 45 mins in drive through and still didn't get waited on! So we left. When we drove around to look to see what the deal was and u it was taking so long was because there was 1 PERSON WORKING IN THERE! NOT ONLY TAKING THE ORDERS BUT MAKING THE ORDERS TO! WHEN WE SAW THAT WE COULDN'T BE MAD ANYMORE WE FELT BAD FOR THE MAN IN THERE THAT WAS DOIN ALL THIS BY HIMSELF! WE GIVE HIM PROPS FOR TRYING TO HOLD IT DOWN!

This place sucks went there today couldnt get in they are supposed to be open they told me to stand in the drive tru

25 November 2020 at 830-840pm. I cannot believe the drama the teenagers made when I was in the drive thru. I ordered 5 meals and when I pull up to the window, the drinks on the drink tray were covered in sodas and they were handing it to me as if I was going to set that in my car. I politely requested them to wipe it down and the teenagers started making fun of me behind the window and the manager proceeded to join in the teenage activities. It took them 5 minutes to whipe down my drinks and when I asked the kid for his name, he ignored me and closed the window. The story goes in but when I requested the manager, he left the drink station and went to the kitchen and never came to the window. I will not support establishments where teenagers run the store how ever they want and wearing airpods as a customer is speaking to them is beyond me. No respect! Won't come here again!

This is a really nice Wendy's location. The store is on the newer side so it looks great from the outside. The staff is very friendly. It can get very busy there especially during the pandemic. The only oddball thing about this location is you have to drive around the whole building in order to get into the drive-thru. This is an advantage for when there are long lines but when no one is in line you drive around the building passing by the drive-thru window then come around the front of the building then back around to the back to order. Other than that I like this location very much.

Sat in line 15 mins when finally got to the speaker was told it would be a minute which I ended up just pulling away after 8 minutes

Most terrible restaurant it is. You need wait 2 hours for the food through drive through. The staff are slow and inefficient.

I don't know who's on coffee duty for the breakfast run but bravo! It was made just right! Forget running on Dunkin, run on a Wendy's

Drive thru line service was unexpectedly fast, all items were hot and the service & employees were excellent.

Dont ever eat here. Its run and staffed by terrorists who regularly poison the food. Remember, I warned you. Dave would be rolling over in his grave. I love you guys.

Sat in drive thru for 8 min. I was the second car. Every other place will make the first car move if they are going to be awhile but not them so be prepared to wait a little bit

Very poor for Wendy's. Took ten minutes to order, twenty minutes for the food to be ready and they only had two flavors of soda in the machines.

Very clean fast food restaurant to eat in the workers are very kind my order is always right a great place to eat at the only problem is some of the customers are very impolite so you might want to go after lunch hour

This is one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. I ended up getting my money back and leaving. It wasn't worth the hassle

Good food. Nice interior. Fast friendly service by the staff here. I would definately recommend this one over the one in ridley on Macdade Blvd.

I had difficulty understanding the 4 for 4, and the employees were kind enough to explain it to me twice. It's a great value!
