Wendy's, Philadelphia PA

Enjoyed that new Bourbon cheeseburger. I went a little overboard though and ordered a double burger but still managed to finish it before the night was through.

I waited for 45 minutes for my order and finally left without my food. I checked in several times and they kept telling me "He's making your order. " I watched dozens of people who came in after me leave with their orders. Apparently if this place doesn't want to serve you, they're just not going to serve you, regardless of whether you've given them your money.

I am not giving this establishment any stars, this was a terrible experience. Went in for 3 items and waited 20 mins, that right 20 mins. Also this place had trash all over the floor, and mind you not a single employee in the lobby to clean up. But there is always time to be on their phones.

Please hire good employees! It takes them 25ins or MORE to process ONE order EVERYDAY! The management is the root of the problem, he looks sooooo lost every time I go in. It's ridiculous!

They got my order wrong even tho they asked for my initials, I should have checked the bag ️ before I left

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WENT IN AND WAITED OVER ONE HOUR FOR TWO SANDWICHES AND FRIES! THE CASHIER CAME TO CHECK MY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES BUT CONTINUED SERVING OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE ME. IN THE END MY ORDER WAS STILL WRONG. 0/10 STARS.

The customer service is regularly speedy, awesome vibes, very nice staff members. I will visit again when I arrive in the area.

Workers aren't the nicest people. Always horrible customers. Drink dispenser is always spraying drink.

They gave me the wrong meal and put cheese on everything. The service is slow like it's not fast food and their customers are not polite about it. I had a man waiting ahead of me telling them he better not get cold food from waiting so long

The older lady was rude and unprofessional, she was talking bad about employee on cash register who did a great job. I wouldn't want to work there with such abuse.

Great location, right in the middle of the shopping district. It's a little small hence can get crowded, if you plan to sit there and have your meal. But it is like any other Wendy's. Ideal for a quick snack on the go.

I’m not a big fan of Wendy’s overall. But I had a couple coupons for free sandwiches and decided to go. For a fast food place in Center City I was impressed. It was super busy, but the staff was nice and my food was good. If I ever have to go to Wendy’s, this is the one I prefer in Philadelphia.

Because it's great for for an amazing price. Great location, clean restaurant and very happy helpful employees.

Everytime I go to Wendy’s on walnut street downtown they never have nothing ready I always gotta wait 20mins and they never accommodate you for ur wait

It was quick and not all franchise foods taste the same, however this place has great service and great food

Staff was friendly, courteous. Greeted with a smile.cashier was very helpful, and smiled. Dining area was clean. There was always someone cleaning up and wiping. Restaurant was very family oriented.

Soda machines broke. Only 2 sodas work.
Mopped floor left it wet without caution signs.
Closed people in lower seating area without notifying the people in the lower area

Very friendly staff, food was made with care, they brought my food to my table, and asked me how everything was. Amazing. A huge plus was how clean the location was.
