Wendy's, White Oak PA

Ordered a Jr bacon with everything - I get lettuce and mayo only. I ask for a chocolate frosty - I get a vanilla. It's it really that hard people.

Every order we’ve made for the last year had been completely WRONG.they forget half our meals every time.

I always have trouble at this location. I usually drive further out, but was tired and we just needed dinner. Everytime I've ordered it's wrong. The simple request of no mayonnaise gets ignored everytime and I was greeted by what appeared to be extra mayonnaise on a lacking semi warm burger with chewy bacon.

This Wendy's used to be the nicest around but nowadays my order has been wrong the last 4 times I've went there, the workers just seem miserable, and wait times are insane. Not going to this Wendy's anymore!

They are not organized at all. I went in for an interview and was told I would get an email or call back within 1-2 days and it’s almost been a week. I tried to call the place to talk to a manager and they haven’t answered. I called 8 times within the past 3-4 days. I have never seen a place that doesn’t answer the phone so many times. This is ridiculous.

This Wendy's should be ashamed! I just waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to get my order.not very efficient!

The service has gone down hill. Use to be fast now it is very slow people working the windows are rude as well.what happened to this place use to be friendly and fast now slow and rude customer service.

Drive thru line was long. I ordered a baked potato my order was entered as fries. Fries were cold too.

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches just with mayonnaise and a triple baconator with bacon and cheese only and an order of Baconator fries when the lady handed me the food at the 2nd drive-thru window she had her hands down her Underpants how I know because she was wearing purple Underpants and that's the same hand she used to grab our food and hand it to us with that is all very disgusting I will not be getting there ever again

Been there before. O. K.but today, when snotty girl asked for name for my order, I gave "Cinderella " I got attitude like I just ran over her puppy! Then didn't have change for a $ 100.with 20 customers eating.well there's always p.b. J.

The lines can be long and slow moving due to young, new staff. Food is always fresh and they usually get custom orders correct. They also have one of the custom soda fountains if you go inside. I wish it was an option to order a vanilla Coke from the drive through.

Employees too busy carrying on with one another to look at you when handing you food out the window. HOW RUDE! Where is management?

The drive thru was busy but I got through much quicker than expected. My order was correct and the food was hot, great job!

The staff here is pretty good. Nice for the most part but I've had some complaints but it's really good service tho. The food quality is awesome non the less.

This Wendy's is the best one in our area the on rout 51 pleasant hills and the one in west Mifflin 885 Absalutely suck

So when did this place turn into thug central. Food was good service fair. But employees carrying on and all their friends coming in getting free food and being loud to.i can turn it off, but you should have seen the looks on the older folks and people with kids. What's up with management for letting this go on

Century Square location, remodeled nicely but back seating is to close to pop dispenser and WiFi usually doesn't work. Good staff and great menu.

Wanted to buy a drink and put ice in my cup! Never going back to Wendy's Restaurant again! I give them 5 Thumbs Down!

Watch their slippery floor. I haven't been back since my last near fatal slip and fall visit.smile
