Wendy's, Pittsburgh PA

The worst ever service this morning I spent 30.00 dollars on breakfast it took 3 people to take my order and it's still wrong. I didn't get creamer or sugar after asked for it twice. Then when I called Noone answered the phone. I use to work at a Wendy's and did breakfast its not the hard if listen to want people are asking for.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant i have ever been to. The staff is terrible at pretty much everything. Avoid at all costs.

I used the mobile app to place my order. I did so just before 5 pm. At 5: 07, I got the notification saying that my order was ready. I proceeded to wait until 5: 40 to actually get my food. Then of course they get the order wrong as well. It's disappointing because I typically love the food. I should've gone to taco bell.

Ridiculously slow and rude people. Horrible service. A kiosk would be a better interaction. Not to mention they are out of food. Worst Wendy's ever!

They still are not open for dine in or carry out. Drive thru only. We pulled in with 3 cars in front of us. It only took them 25 minutes to take 3 orders. Then when I tried to order, I was told they were out of salads and they were not making any more. So I asked for a burger. They were out of burgers. We left.

I can not believe Wendy's allows this location to continue to use their name.

Where to start? The women taking the order was so nasty and rude (go work somewhere else if you don’t like your job) Next the spicy chicken nuggets were dried out and inedible, also didn’t give me any sauce. Last time I’ll EVER eat here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They're very quick and efficient. Plus they have the electronic beverage dispenser with a wide variety of options.

The staff at the West Liberty store are always very helpful. Even if I didn't like the coffee as much as a competitor, I'd go here because of the atmosphere the staff and people provide.

Cold french fries tasted like old fries that were redipped, and rude back line staff. On the bright side the girl that took my order in the one that gave me my food were quite Pleasant.

I ordered Baconator fries with a medium Frosty chocolate it took them 15 minutes to get me my fries and Frosty on top of it I don't give a s*** attitude I'll never go back there again

A normal Wendy's experience. Decent fast food burgers. An item was forgotten on the drive thru order but a free frosty was offered.

After multiple terrible late night visits, I am able to confidently say this is the longest wait for the worst service of any Wendy's I have ever been to.

Fast and friendly service. Cleandining room. The sweet tea however was way too sweet. It was almost undrinkable.

Had an excellent salad, as senior citizen can receive free small drink. But the cashier seemed to dislike this perk, and was rude. But usually everyone is very nice.

I have a lot of food allergys, and this place is usually good with cross contamination at least before the lunch rush. I've only gotten sick once over 6 months.

I enjoy the quality of Wendy's food, it's my number 1 choice. Sadly twice in the last month they've gotten our order wrong resulting in a trip back to get it fixed. And im not talking any crazy order with extras.we've gotten wrong sandwiches (chicken instead of Baconator), one burger (instead of 4!), and wrong sized fries. Hit or miss with this place, either A crew or F crew working.

The food is good and the staff are friendly. DO NOT go here for FAST food! Be prepared for a 15-20 minute wait time, even in the drive-thru. I would love to be able to give a 5 star review, I like Wendy's, but the wait time is an issue for me.

Very slow service! The drive thru is slow.if you go in and order, it's still slow. And they call it fast food?

Very quick with their service. Employees have always been polite and helpful. Food is standard Wendy's.

The two double stack burgers were done to perfection like the original ones I had in Cleveland in 1974. Kudos to this store.
