Wendy's probably has the best solution to Covid-19 limits. You can order through their mobile app and go inside to pick up your food. This is so much better than waiting in the drive through line. The food was also good.
Long lines they have no separate window or door for doordash Uber eats or any type of takeout they make you wait in the drive thru just like everybody else which makes your order get delayed it was horrible

Not a frequent Wendy's customer at all, but I'm never disappointed with the decision to eat here especially in the moment. Very satisfying.
To be honest I was actually kind of excited about the start of Breakfast items. Except when I went luckily the Drive Thru was empty & I received very speedy service, but the Breakfast Baconater was just YUCK. Drenched in mayo, very wet & falling apart. Very Sad & quite disappointed.
The customer service here is ridiculous! So ignorant and its very obvious they hate thier jobs its sad!
I was just there today 1/3/21 around 12: 20pm went through drive thru your sunday employees need to be retrained on proper customer service etiquette.the way I was just spoke to was unacceptable 100% it got to the point where I just pulled away from your resturant! I will be putting a complaint into corporate tomorrow morning! I can't take a nasty attitude when respect is given to a paying customer! If you need further feed back feel free I will call whoever I need to back!
Never have I been to Wendy’s and Had bad food first off the nuggets were old and dry. They used what they consider as chili meat for my burger meaning been in the grill forever and dry and the frys were old like really at lunch time horrid never again
Quick and convenient place to stop for fast food done right. The staff is always kind and courteous and the food is always hot and fresh (not sitting under a light for hours). Clean establishment.
No stars, this is the worst I've seen. Trash in the parking lot, trash inside the dining area, dirty tables, the floor was so sticky that you couldn't walk. Welcome to Wendy's in the ghetto. Where your greeter is a opiate starved junkie hanging out at the drive thu. Once inside you will be thrilled to see the counter associate arguing with a customer about an order that was placed. If someone from corporate reads this, please do something about this location.
My last visit at Wendy's couldn't have went any better. The cashier was extra nice I believe his name was Chris he was extremely friendly. My order was correct food was delicious and the lobby was clean. Ill definitely be revisiting friendly svs good food n clean enviorment!
We go to this Wendy's because it's convenient. They do a pretty good job. Staff is usually very good.
Slowest fast food place. Do they do it on purpose? I don't think anybody could be really this bad at fast food service
Horrible service, walked up for order and all the employees was eating ice cream instead of taking orders as though eating ice cream was more important to them. 15 mins later got the food chicken was hard enough to kill something. Never again
It seems like after 10 pm at any Wendy's you go to their fries are cold. They need to stop being lazy and do their jobs. Its called customer service!
This used to be one of my favorite Wendy's. When I stopped in for a quick meal, there were about 8 people in line, some of them were together. The line was not moving, although there were more than 3 employees behind the counter. After about 7 minutes of waiting, I left and went through the Drive thru, and completed my purchase in about 1-2 minutes. The chicken sandwich was good, but the French fries were burnt.
The price I was quoted when I placed my order at the drive thru was not the price I was charged. The fries tasted like they had been sitting a long time.
Very disorganized. People waited about 10 minutes just to give their orders. No one got receipts and food was incorrect or incomplete. Very understaffed. Cashier kept leaving register to make food.
Ok service the food was ok the place looked clean. The waiting time was short
But my sandwich had like a piece of lettus the size of a quarter and one ring of union. Next time I'll mention it to the employee so they can do it rite. All in all I guess they get 4 star's.
