We were extremely pleased with Werley. Our technician in Cole was right on time, was very knowledgeable and did a thorough evaluation of our system. Pricing for Werley was very fair. They will be our go to company going forward for our heat pump.

They made things right by sending out a different rep, who looked at all my systems thoroughly and explained things in detail. They also renewed my yearly maintenance agreement, which had lapsed, and deducted the charge. I’m changing my one star review to five.

I called Werley because we have a yearly contract with them. My daughter’s room is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The vent in her room barely has flow. Her brothers room adjacent to her room has a gigantic flow of air and it’s always really cold in the summer and really warm in the winter. I was hoping that they could come out and readjust the flow so that her room would get more airflow. However, the technician came and went to her room and surmised within minutes that her problem was that her room had outside wall and that the sun shines on her one wall. He then said I needed to get a split unit which I think cost something like $5000 or more. Then they charged me $110. He never checked anything else except the inside of her room. I was really disappointed because up until this time they had seem to be very good. Please note that the technician was very nice and had a good manners, but I was expecting a lot more especially after they charge me $110 which I was surprised that they charge me because I have a contract with them.

My air conditioner's thermostat was malfunctioning, causing temperature fluctuations. The technician reprogrammed and fixed it, and now my A/c maintains a stable and desired temperature without any issues. Great work!

I don't understand why my air conditioner's remote control malfunctioned, but the technician thoroughly checked and reprogrammed it. Now I can effortlessly adjust the settings and control the a/c from anywhere in the room.

A musty smell came from my air conditioner, but the technician cleaned the evaporator coil and added an antibacterial treatment. Now the air quality has significantly improved. I am impressed with how they do it quickly when no one can. It's definitely a 5/5 ac repair service.

I've had my air conditioner maintained by Werley for years, and they consistently deliver excellent service. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. They diagnose and fix any issues efficiently, ensuring my a/c runs smoothly.

The men that came to fix our AC were promptly on time. Professional and respectful of our property. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again if an issue comes up in the future.

I was very pleased with the scheduled maintenance appointment. The technician called to see if an earlier arrival was possible. Since I was home it was not a problem. He was friendly, professional and timely. Werley is very dependable and that is a big reason that I continue to have an annual service agreement.

We had a water leak. Cole fixed the problem even though he is not a plumber.
I appreciate a good job done on a Sunday on a Holiday weekend.

Had a hot water heater replaced on an emergency basis. Colin was very professional, explained my options, completed the change out in a timely manner, answered all my questions as he installed the new unit. I'd recommend Werley and Colin to do work for others.

We were told that are unit was running properly but there were gaps where air was coming in. We were told he patched it up and some parts were deteriorating. When I went up to look at where the problems were from pictures nothing was patched in regards to the pictures he showed us. He said he would have his office call us to have someone come out and explain our options. The service was quick and free due to our service plan
