My daughter complained of sore gum where the braces rubs on it. We called them today, August 10, we got scheduled on Auust 21. We were advised to call again on Monday and check if there would be cancellation. They cannot do anything about it, just wait.

I had a good experience here. The facility is well kept and clean. Had braces for 3 years and the Dr and most of the nurses did a super job at everything.

Dr is a great guy. Support staff does not know how to handle customer service. Took over 8 weeks to get Invisalign in. Waiting an additional 6 weeks so far on modified contract that was promised for the delay and had to create new email account after trying for a month to have the office staff help with billing. One person says the other is responsible and nothing is handled unless it resolves itself. The burden is placed squarely on the patient.

Recently finished ortho treatment! Doctor is excellent and staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Everyone in the office is willing to help with anything you need! I highly recommend this office for your orthodontic needs!

Hands down the best orthodontic care ANYWHERE! The staff is INCREDIBLE and Dr. Wertz is just plain awesome! They have a true passion for what they do and go out of their way to ensure that every experience is a good one! They care for not only the patient, but the entire family too!
