You have a very professional team at this facility. Everyone is very polite. I have only had the tractor for a very short time (only 12 hours on tractor) but am extremely pleased with it including the bagger which was just installed and used once so far. Tractor cuts smooth and level and more quickly than any of my past 3 tractors. Very good equipment. Hope it stays this way.

My husband works for this company an loves it an enjoys everyone he works with an for. He said they treat him like family as he is important part of the company. He comes home in a great mood everyday since he has been working there. This location i know has great people. They care about everyone as family. Thanks William's family.

Took my 145 in for service & ended up buying a 1025-R. Ron was a great guy to deal with in sales & Dustin for service. I’m very happy with the way they treated me, very professional & polite & took the time to explain & answer all my questions. Thx again guys!

Delivered 2 tractors for basic service. 2720 hydrolic leak that I paid to get fixed was not fixed. D130 that worked perfect in the Fall, I was told that that it was not worth doing maintenence on. They kept the thing while I bought a new one. Communication and coordination was absolutely horrible. Grant got involved later and helped somewhat.

I had (years ago) worked at a lawn and garden tractor dealership, sales and service so am not completely unfamiliar with smaller equipment. I bought my 2018 1025R at the Butler store, my Salesman is Ron Filipiak and the experience could not have been better. Ron guided me to the exact machine that I needed, explained everything completely and made the "deal" that I think was very fair. My first visit, I let him know that I would be visiting his competitors in the area and he welcomed that, all while cautioning me as to what to look for and he was "spot on".
There was a service issue with my tractor and it was handled VERY efficiently (under warranty) and the machine was picked up and returned quickly. I am VERY impressed with your sales, parts and service staff as all of my experiences have been great. I am sure that my purchase is "small potatoes" compared to others but Ron has always remembered my name and what my needs/wants are and always has time for me. That really impresses me! Thank you WCE and especially Ron.

Lots of choices on the smaller John Deere tractors. Very clean showroom and friendly service. My dad didn't find exactly what we wanted, but he ended up walking out with some pamphlets. I'm sure the salesman was a bit disappointed, but that's okay. We'll keep looking.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the general manager down to the service department. Bought brand new stihl chainsaw. The saw was not running as expected. Next day saw wouldn’t start with fresh gas and oil. Took it to service dept was told I’m flooding my engine and don’t know how to use my saw. Ran saw for about an hr saw would start after a 10 min sit. Took it back was told again I was flooding the saw and didn’t know how to run the saw. Saw went through 5 spark plugs in 3 hrs of running. Finally was running saw and saw completely cut off. Took to service asked for compression test. They told me I need a carburetor and didn’t know what my compression was or what the manufacturer says compression should be. The service manager was rude and wouldn’t give the saw back until I paid for the diagnosis of bad carburetor even though I asked for a compression test. Contacted stihl took my saw to ss&c tool. They tore saw down and found it has major scoring on rings and pistons as well as cylinder walls. Called and spoke to Gary about what they would do for my saw and they told me they would only give me my diagnosis money back from the most recent time And to go buy my saw and future products from a different dealer which I’m fine with because the customer service is terrible and the managers are rude and don’t listen to the customer. I would never recommend anyone buying anything from west central tractor. I would rather drive to California to buy my tractor this spring then deal with these people. My chainsaw is now just a big paperweight and I have to buy a new saw with no help or discount from west central. DONT BUY From this company.

My Salesman was great! However the only Complaint I have is that I had to hire a tow truck to bring it to my home because it was going to be 3 weeks before it could be delivered. Then when it was being serviced at its 50 hours, they came, picked it up, changed All the fluids when they said they were Only changing 1 and of course the Bill was Over $300 dollars! Then I was told that it would take Weeks to have it brought back to me. The day that it was supposed to be delivered, they didn't bother to call me and let me know that it was Coming the Next day! Buy equipment from this place, but I'm not taking it back for Any other Services! The John Deer is a Beast and pretty much has done everything that I needed done. West Central needs Better Communication Skills and a much better delivery system!

The best great prices sales staff is everything going on go here first and last your visit will convince you that this is the place to take your business excellent parking handicap accessible clean inside and outside of well maintained facility plenty of equipment to meet your needs

Had an older sst rider that had some turning issues. They took care of me and even cleaned the tractor. Very organized when you come in for service. Will use again.

Hello, West Central Equipment in Butler is my go to parts for both of my John Deere tractors. The people in sales and in parts are great! If they don't have the part you need, if can be ordered and will arrive in a timely fashion. Lots of inventory here to look at and a very knowledgeable sales and parts staff. Someday, I would live to buy a 1025r backhoe. Right now, they had tons of them on stock. Love this store and John Deeres. New Alexandria store is a great store too! Butler is my favorite, though. I recently had my lawn mower serviced at the Butler location. Upon returning the mower to my home, I noticed a chip and long crack on the front bumper. I contacted the dealer the next morning and emailed a gentleman a photo of the damage. He told me he would look into it and speak with the manager. I heard nothing for about a week and emailed the gentleman again and again no response. I would think that someone would have contacted me to at least discuss the issue, but nothing. I realize this is a "he said" "she said" situation, but to be completely ignored is not right. I will be finding another service center for my mower.

Similar experience as Mike’s below. I called the Butler location to have some service done on my tractor, they scheduled a time during the week to come pick it up, I took a days vacation from work and no one ever showed up. No courtesy call to let me know they weren’t coming and still haven’t heard from them. This is very unprofessional and not the way to operate a business. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer to do your service work and for that matter purchasing any equipment from them. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
