Liked that they had the touch-less drive in. 2 stars because my car was still dirty and the undercarriage blaster wasn't long enough. My boyfriend wrote "wash me" just to show how much dirt is left on my white car.

This is the best LA fitness in the area. Stay away from Downingtown. They're the worst.

It is good for regular car wash but if you have tough stains and stuff on your car this is not the best. I had my car washed here and the automated drive through wash did good job with over all car but could not clean some tougher stains on the side of the car and windshield.

Typical self car wash. Kept tidy by an employee walking around making sure everything is kept up with.

Got the top level wash, didn't get the dirt off and even added water spots all over the car. Litterally drove 30 miles to a known GOOD laser touchless wash in Trooper afterwards and all the dirt and water spots left behind from this west chester one came off and looks great. Could be a fluke thing like a chemical ran out when i was there but ill never go back. 20 bucks for a dirtier car then when i pulled in, no thanks.

Best place in West Chester to wash your car. I use the self-serve bays and the touch-less automatic. I love them both, I do not like using the wash down the street because the brushes are harmful to your paint which is why I love Buggy Bath's touch-less automatic so much. Oh and whatever music playlist they have on is always great! Keep it up Buggy Bath, thank you!

The vacuum would not accept money, the alarm for the wash was not working to tell you your time was running out, the truck in the bay next to me had to change bays because it was not working

To many kids hanging out revving and driving their cars around the parking lot. $3.00 gets you a fast 5 minutes which is never enough time so bring $12.00 in quarters or your credit card. Trash cans at vacuum usually overflowing with trash. There aren't to many self car wash facilities near me so again nothing great just somewhere to wash the truck.

Thank you for having an easy to use facility! It was very convenient to wash my car before I went to a Saturday morning cars and coffee event. The only thing I would suggest to make the experience even better is to block/reduce the dust from next door construction and provide an awning under which to dry, wax, detail, and vacuum cars. Other than that, I had a lovely experience washing my car there.

Tried the touchless car was for the 1st time today. It really did not clean my car very well. I wasted $9 and my car still looks dirty, still has spots on body and windows. I took after pictures because it doesn't even look like my cars got a bath. Very disappointed.

Car wash was fine minus the 15 minute wait.but that's what you get when its a nice day and everyone wants to clean their car. However the previous time I went I had to keep switching vacuums because 3 of them did not work when I inserted my quarters. And one of the slots were jammed.

Used the self service car wash last Sunday night. Washed the whole car nicely in 5 minutes. The machine said $4 but my card was charged $14.75. I thought it was just a hold but the $14.75 has posted.

Did the laser wash. Great value, very fast (even for the full $15 version). But I gave 4 stars because the air dry was almost non existent, and exiting the wash was EXTREMELY confusing! I honestly don't think I existed safely or correctly. Definitely needs signage!

Used new "laser wash" works well if you have only light dirt on your car but will leave residual dirt even if you have a good coat of wax on your paint for 15 dollars a little disappointed

It’s a self cleaning process. 2$ for 4 mins and 1$ for each additional 2 mins.overall satisfactory

I don’t get all the negative reviews for this place. I go here after hitting the trails to rinse off so I don’t get my driveway all muddy. I don’t like using any automated car washes so the self use pressure washer is perfect

Place is really turning around with the new ownership. Brand new automatics are awesome. Deff my go to car wash now!

March 12- both touchless STILL coned off and not working. Ive lost hope.

Update 2/12/18 still no touchless car wash. Will it ever be fixed?

Update 1/22/18: both auto washes blocked by cone for 1.5 weeks now out of service. Only 2 coin bays open and 1 of those 2 have a sign saying rinse only. Seriously, is this even a car wash? ! I stopped for a car freshener tree and it ate my $1. Incredible

1/5/18: Touchless wash left soap EVERYWHERE, had to go rinse car off in a bay and PAY more. Vaccumms wouldnt pickup anything. What a waste of $. AVOID at all costs.

Nice self service car wash with the features I need to get my vehicles clean. I cannot speak to the quality of the automatic wash, as I have never used it, but the wash bays have always been functional, and I can get in and out of there (with my own mitts and soap, etc) for less than $5. While living in an apartment and still caring about my cars, this place has been great.

Things never seem to work properly and the machine has eaten my money more than once, I'm done with this place.
