Dr. Nissen is incredibly nice and understanding. She answers all of my questions, and all of the staff are so welcoming!

My wife and I went in for our eye examination last week at West Chester Optometry and we mutually agreed that it was the most pleasant experience we have had with a medical professional. In addition to Dr. Nissen's thorough professional and comprehensive examination, she was also keenly interested in getting to know us, and not just our medical history. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a personal touch in a very patient friendly setting.

My review is purely for “Dr. ” Jimmy Nguyen. Do not see him. He is absolutely awful and rude. The rest of the staff is great and very friendly so very unfortunate that I have to give such a bad review due to unbelievably rude and inappropriate behavior of the Doctor. I would give him 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Nissen fit me in during this pandemic when I showed concern about my blurred vision. She reassured me. She is a caring doctor.

Dr. "Jimmy" started to give me a hard time about my weight, as though I don't know I'm overweight. I told him I have an appetite disorder due to my mental illness, and the medication I take for mental illness causes me to gain weight. He then tells me he's read testimonials online that say that medication for mental illess actually causes mental illness, and many people are better without that medication. I've been bipolar for the past 35 plus years, and don't need this degree of ignorance. There are plenty of excellent optometrists.

Year after year I've had a great experience here. The staff is always kind, as are the docs.

Dr. Nissen listens and is polite. She always recommends other suggestions and recalls previous visits to care for her clients.
