Dr. Ferrell is awesome, I moved from out of state and transferred care to her from my old orthodontist. She has definitely set the bar for my standards of care. All her staff are incredibly nice, and knowledgeable. I would recommend West Chester Orthodontics to everyone who has teeth haha!

Always a pleasant experience, staff always accommodating and so incredibly nice from check in to check out. I'm a difficult case but they never make me feel like a hassle.

I went to West Chester Orthodontics for my first time, and I could have not been happier with the staff, procedures, and just overall atmosphere. Everyone there is so lovely and kind. Dr Ferrell spends few minutes with each patient to make sure the staff is doing everything alright and then answers patients questions. The doctor and her staff were also very accommadating towards my needs. So I am very happy that I chose West Chester Orthodontics over the other orthodontists in the area.

We have had the best experience with Dr F and team. We’ve gone through 2 children so far, and my own journey. They are always friendly, timely, understanding and accommodating, and take the time to explain. You feel valued and not just like a number. And the front desk is the best!

Very friendly atmosphere, and lots of staff who wish to help. You have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and I wasn't rushed. My first visit was an hour-long consult to thoroughly determine me needs! Not a rushing in/rushing out kind of practice. They also keep in constant contact with patients via e-mails and texts.

The team are so nice and respectful, answering all my doubts and helping me to decide the best for my treatment (I've started my treatment in Brazil).
