7I walked in knowing zero and Tom took the time to show me some basics, explain some guitars and make recommendations. It can be intimidating to start something new and Tom took all that away and made it an enjoyable and welcoming experience!
Love West End Music! Have brought my guitars here to sell, for restrings, repairs, etc and always had great service and experience. Also took lessons here in the past and learned a lot. Highly recommend and will always be my first spot for my instruments.
