Awful clean job! They don’t clean the inside of the car! They left crumbs, dirt and whatever else all over the place. They also left a puddle of mud water on the car mats. They don’t pick up your mats or even clean I honestly don’t know what they do besides running the car through the exterior wash.

I very easily signed up on their website for a hard surface clean detail, as well as exterior car wash. They were very busy when I arrived, although took the time to ensure I secured my appointment time, while providing good communication and service through the whole process. The services performed exceeded my expectations and I am a happy customer. It is my understanding this business had just exchanged ownership. I will definitely take my cars back for any detail and clean needed in the future!

I scheduled a detail service a few days ago. Dropped it off. The Detailer was super friendly and I mentioned there was one scratch that I would have liked her to look at and she said she would do the best she could to take car if it. The amazing part is that they do clay bar which takes the impurities out of your paint. I picked up the car later that afternoon and I was very happy with the results. No swirl marks, just an excellent detail inside and out. I attached the picture so you can judge for yourself. I’ll be bringing my wife’s car for an overdue detail.

The express polishing was completed in a timely and professional manner. I will be back next month for a follow-up visit.

Worst experience with detailing ever. They said it would take an hour and a half max. Then after questioning them after 2 hours they repeatedly said 15 more minutes. All while other customers were in and out that came after me. No detailing should take over 3 hours, especially the basic detailing West Norriton supplied. Would never use again.

Consistent and only good wash in area where cars gets wiped down by hand. Staffing has been a problem. Also not 5 stars because they just can't get the wheels fully clean; there is always some dirt and brake dust left between spokes.

The interior of my car was in horrible shape after 6+ years of driving around children and several large dogs. I got the “Elite Interior” detail and they did a phenomenal job. Literally only one small stain remaining and it’s one they told me when I arrived might be impossible even for them. Every other surface was spotless and shiny as new. Very pleased and would happily use them again!

It's a hit or miss here. One day your car will come to you shining the next visit you still have dirt and windows are still dirty when you bought the package to clean them

The convenience is the only reason I use this carwash. $22.00 and lots missed in vacuuming and cleaning.

I had a tremendous experience recently with an older Honda (2006), which I had Hard Surfaces and Rugs cleaned using their Express Menu choices. The workers were excellent, and truly made the inside of my car look like new again. The rugs were brought back to life, I was more than satisfied in fact I was 5 starred satisfied! Thank you.

Got here at 5: 30 and they already had cones out blocking the entrance when they close at 6. Drove 20 minutes to get here. Been here 20+ but it’ll be my last.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank u so much for keeping me out of the body shop after my little incident on the highway. Manager told me exactly what to do and thankfully I listened (clay bar, etc.). Very pleasant staff. Super reasonable. My 2014 looks almost brand new. So happy!

I gave elite interior service for 139$, The paint in the console area is gone after the car wash, it's completely pealed off in the upper dash, the staff was arguing that they don't know anything about this, the console was completely perfect when I leave the car. Bad experience really.

I used to wash my car in this place for about 3 years, but the last few times I washed it there I was extremely disappointed and I felt wronged. The black scratch on the passenger seat that you see in the images was made there, the manager even tried to fix it, but it didn't come out anymore. This last time I paid for a polish, carpet cleaning and internal cleaning, but the vacuum in the cup compartment was not done and I found a dent in the external bodywork that I had not seen. I can't say that's where the dent was made. I am extremely disappointed and angry about all of this.

It's a car wash. You get out of the car and wait for the car fairies to do their job. It starts with a thorough vacuum and once the car is washed, the car is also wiped clean from the inside. I didn't recognize my car, it looked new

Good job overall but ‘missed the details’ part. The guys dried up most of the car but the mats were left wet and the cup holders and all were not wiped

Not good for a quick car washes. Only come here if you’re looking for a cleaning of the interior. $20 for simple wash and undercarriage. They make you get out and walk to pay while someone else drives your car thru the wash. Took 20 minutes in total because I had to wait behind cars that were getting vacuumed and cleaned before the wash. Not the best system.

I came in for a full detail and I was very impressed. The car came back looking brand new, every surface inside and out was cleaned and polished to a high shine, rugs were thoroughly vacuumed, and the timing was as promised.

To be honest not worth the price paid for the service received got the best one express windows were still dirty inside was poorly cleaned just all around not clean car was shiny have good airfreshners about all I can say
