I love this food. West side flavors catered many event's that I attended.great tasting soul food

Delicious food. The people that own this establishment is top-tier. This was the fried catfish. I have had their other meals the fried chicken always on point. Their rice and beans excellent! A plus is that their family owned and they show up and they do the work! I don’t have to worry about them not there like some other businesses, I have witnessed closing early and or not opening at all in the middle of the week. Their food is good. The atmosphere is good. On the long workdays where I don’t have time to make dinner, they are a go to.

This is my favorite restaurant. Love the fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, greens, ribs, salmon it's all AWESOME.

Today I order the Chicken Strip Dinner
The chicken was nice in moist with a great crunch. The Mac & cheese is definitely mac’nn love it

By far, some of the best soul food! I have ever tasted!

Looks are deceiving don’t judge a book by its cover the chicken is bloody how you can’t fry chicken. Food is not all that who lied about these reviews

Someone told me about the hogies and I decided to try one. Excellent sandwich at a great price, took a menu and will try some of their other offerings.

I heard it was good I really wanted to love it but the chicken was super salty and not cooked through! Collard greens tasted extremely bitter corn bread was really good though. Mac n cheese was tolerable at best and being a local Im trying to be nice. Didn't seem loke the owners where there so that could be the reason not sure

Whenever I’m having a bad day I go down flavas order food and just talk with the staff great food and great people I love the owner and his oldest son started with food became family.

I don't know why everyone is so negative on here. First time trying food and having it delivered, I live pretty far from a big town/city and wanted something besides fast food. The chicken was delicious! Again, I live farrr like a 25 minute drive the person had, expected stuff to be cold but my goodness was I wrong! We got an 8pc meal and the tin was still hot to the touch! MAC AND CHEESE TOP TIER! I will definitely be ordering here again! Chicken was not dry whatsoever! Not crazy greasy also which is a plus!

This is not the first time they messed up my order while doing delivery but it was the most important i have someone who is very allergic to the food the accidentally gave us so i called them and the man i was talking to was very rude he ignored me when i tried talking so i ended the call to call them back just for no one to pick up for 30 minutes i couldnt belive this i love there food and i was ordering for a friend and her husband just to receive food they couldnt even eat, i wouldnt have drove over if i had a car but unfortunately i cant anymore, i dont think i will be ordering anymore.

Our 1st time there today, definitely not the last. The people there are so friendly and the food is beyond Amazing!

Was at work needed good food. Ordered the fish and shrimp. In total I paid 22.00 for 1 piece of fish and 3 shrimp with cardboard French fries. I give 2 stars cause the fish was good but that is all

Has always been the best place to eat for years I always come back when I'm in town.

I really like this place but its never consistent. Hit or miss. Yall need to be more mindful when orders come through uber eats. Nothing should be missing or wrong especially since its more expensive through uber. The rice i got today was very hard, missing banana pudding that i paid for, didnt get cornbread. Mac an cheese had way too much pepper in it. A mess

I been living in this area for 3 years was looking for a place that serve soul food that was a reasonable price when I tell y’all the food is delicious I mean just that I will be traveling from Wilkes Barre on the regular and the strawberry cake was everything I loved it all thanks for the service
