I was very satisfied with my service here. I came in for an oil change.they were very nice people to start with and they didn't try to push other things on me! Offered us a cold drink while we waited and also received a coupon on the spot and some for the future! I will definitely be going back here.thank you to those who helped me on Saturday July 15th!

Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, informative and understand. That I do Not speak Car Talk when it comes a car inspection, I was very pleased and happy to find honest and great empolyees from the customer service cashier to take my car service down to billing for it, To the car repair people who inspected and serviced my car. Also let me know where to go future repairs needed, Could not have been more happy. THankyou to everyone who Works their. A new customer to be sure i will not go any where else. Mary B.

Had a great experience I brought in a 08 ford escape and the head manager was working on it and the guys were having a blast bc he struggled a little. I can't say enough about the lube center the group is amazing thank you so much guys!

The technician Chris went above and beyond to explain the options on what my car needed right away and what items could potentially wait. I usually go for the cheap oil change but after he explained the differences in detailed and how cheaper only means you pay more in end due to the frequent visits. I went with the more expensive oil change. Also Pricing is very reasonable!

I decided to give this place a second chance tonight after having a horrible experience many years ago. I need to get my car inspected and I thought it would be a quick thing to do tonight. Waiting over 20 minutes in line, once we go in there the guy told us they were booked up for the evening. There was only one person behind us in line, place was open for almost another 2 hours. I feel like he lied and he just didn't want to work on my car. I won't ever be going back there.

We ONLY go to this center for our car care. We always experience KIND, HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE professionals. The cherry on top is the free car wash, which is the best, highest tier auto wash available and it’s no joke, it’s an excellent car wash!

I love the fact that I don't have to exit the vehicle for this service. Even in the dog days heat the service was done so quickly that i never complained about being hot inside my vehicle. Thanks Lube Center

I have been going to the west york center for at least 5 years now. The process is just simple and they don’t push you into doing unnecessary work. Bruce and Ahmad made me feel confident in my vehicle for my move to Florida. Extremely personable, I will always recommend this location to all my friends and family in PA. I just wish there were locations in Florida.

I cannot say enough good things about this location! Everyone who works here is so kind and honest. They helped me out a lot right before a big move. They squeezed me in even when they were booked solid for inspections and they are very reasonably priced with all of their services. I am sad I won't have this location anymore when I move. Super great. Had to get an emissions test and my car inspected, and no one around me did emissions testing. Went to them and it took awhile, but they did a great job. I’m a 20 year old girl and they didn’t take advantage of me or overcharge me so i appreciated that. Most other places would’ve tried to scam me.

Fast and friendly service! Definitely beats sitting in a dealership for a couple hours. Everything is explained in detail, recommendations are made but not mandatory. I didn’t get any names but the two female employees that helped me with the process were awesome!

Feel like i rarely give a 5 because i believe there is always room for improvement for others as well as myself. BUT the service i get here is insanely good and always consistent. I come here for every oil change top off and car wash. Its a lil bit if a wait if you just drive up. Even so You will see that its worth the wait. Very nice staff they are knowledgeable and want to help you out. They arent to pushy but are willing to let you know whats up. You need something for your vehicle come here.

Have been taking my cars here for years with no issue. Something has changed. Tried to get my oil changed on Saturday 20 minutes after they opened, and there were 2 lines 6 cars deep. Decided to try the next day. Only 3 cars in line, arrived at 9: 13, still waiting at 9: 40 in my car, with 2 cars ahead. I wanted to drop it off and grab breakfast as I always had in the past, but was told they had a new computer system so they wanted me to wait to make sure they have all my info. No one was doing check-ins of the cars waiting in line for over 50 minutes. If this is the new normal, this will be my last visit. It took 60 minutes for the car to get into a bay for an oil change. Time completed on my receipt was 10: 37, so a full 84 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me in line. Plan accordingly if you think it will be a quick visit with just a few cars in line.

Went here for an inspection and oil change. They were quick with the service and very thorough with communication. They were upfront about oil change options and pricing of all services before they got started. Every employee I interacted with demonstrated excellent customer service. Kudos to the team at West York Lube Center.

Every time my oil needs topped off or changed, I am genuinely excited to go to the Lube. Everyone there is so nice and helpful, and I always have a great experience. This time around, I had the pleasure of meeting Seth and Cooper. Great guys who are great at their job! They really make sure to explain everything included in your service and never pressure you into getting things you don't need. Definitely the best place to go in York!

Good service. It went pretty fast even with a line to wait in. I've gone there for inspections on both my truck and my girlfriend's car. This was the first time for the oil change. Both were great service. In and out quick.
