Clean facility and ok nurses & front desk; however if I could I would give a zero based solely on the Doctor (Dr. Vena) DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
He was abrupt, rude, had no bedside manner and he was dismissive. His reason for not wanting to preform my replacement:
"You're too young and have epilepsy so it's too risky to preform the surgery. "
He was also extremely rude to my aid. So how does ONE FIVE MINUTE discussion about a replacement I've been told by at least 5 other facilities that it's needed become suddenly not necessary? Good question!
Final observation: I wouldn't bring my dog in for a consultation simply because of the rude doctor! DOUBLE THUMDS DOWN!
