Western Village RV Park

Very crowded, tight spots, one hot shower and one cold low pressure shower. Only good thing was close to bath house. Won't return.

I rated this three stars because it was ok. We forfeited our nights cost and moved onward due to a lack of Verizon cell service and a poor wifi system that doesn't allow for streaming TV. Even for camping we prefer the luxuries of TV. Just a personal preference.

Had an awesome weekend! Tie die t shirts, pumpkin carving contest, hayride, haunted house! The people who put all that together are awesome! Nice place to slow down with family and friends!

Very family oriented they have allot of activities and the keep a very quiet after hrs policy

Had to cancel my reservations because RV was in shop being repaired. Called WV 10 days in advance to cancel reservation. They would not refund my deposit because it wasn't 30 days in advance. We have no control over the situation. WV lost our business.never make another reservation here.

friendly staff. Lots of things to do in the area.

We really appreciate that the park is willing to accommodate those if us passing through and needing a place to stay connected for one night. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Always a good time been camping there for over 25 years 3 owners. Had an awesome weekend last weekend for Halloween.

Great place to camp they have so much for kids to do we were buisy having fun all weekend will be back again

We rent a cabin.nice fir 4 guys going to the events at Carlisle Swapmeets.
Small fridge and micro microwave included.

Nice facilities and seemed to have a lot of activities on the weekends that we were unable to take advantage of. I wish the sites were larger and cleaner.

The campground was very quiet and peaceful. Our site was small as we were nestled in with some seasonal sites. Fortunately, the site next to us was open so we had some room. Bathhouses were kept clean. The WiFi was poor, no cable TV, and we had no television stations at all through our antennae. We stayed here because it was convenient to the highway and our travel plans.

Very convenient close to 81. Nice grounds, pool, etc. All sites are dirt/gravel, and there is no cable. Lots of long-term units, many unoccupied. Friendly staff.

Conveniently located near the 81, we’ve been here twice now and it has been lovely. The pull-through lot we were in wasn’t huge, but it was perfect for us and it had a picnic table and fire pit. Our site had full hook ups and made our overnight stay convenient. Office gals were nice, and we were able to purchase some firewood there too. This will be our go to park when traveling through PA!

This is a really nice camp ground where you can live all year round, monthly or just for the night or weekend. The people here are all very friendly and helpful to the long term newbies.
This park offers great activities for young and old, a nice swimming pool that will be opening soon. The laundry facility on grounds is great and they even have a little general type store for a fast purchase of milk or bread or some firewood if you need it.
Overall I think it's a really great park that is a fun place for the entire family.

I, at first, gave a three star review because of a knee-jerk reaction. Instead of simply speaking with those in the office, who quickly remedied the problem, I came to this board and complained.

The moral of the story: try a little human contact first. Who knows, you just might leave with a smile.

Went here last night office was closed I tried making a reservation online for some reason it didn’t work so we go in do the registration card with payment info saw a pull thru went to park 1/2 hr later knock on the door someone coming in for the spot oops our bad so we pack up and go around the park in the dark by this time and try to find a spot for our 39ft 5th wheel and our truck not fun with our flashlight couldn’t see anything so we left and went to Carcker Barrel. Called the park right away left message that we had to leave so not to put the card thru she put it thru ‍️So I called to explain was told they don’t give refunds only a credit to stay there next time how do I know if I’ll be back there. Anyways very bad taste in my mouth 70$ Canadian ouch! Oh well will try to go back to use our credit but who knows. I worked in a campground I know you can credit a credit card. We didn’t use their facility they could have charged us the 1/2 hr she said we chose to not stay that there was sites to fit our rig.
Live and learn but will not recommend to our RV travellers never do your registration card before you find a spot in the dark.

The park needs an upgrade. It rained for 2 days and our site was flooded. We wore boots to get in and out of our trailer. Some gravel or concrete slabs are needed. And some tree removal too.

Really a great place to stay. Only bad report I have is the water heaters in the shower house don't work and I have asked repeatedly for them to fix it! People are really nice!
