So the movie PARASITE was here for a short week?
So goes the lack of intelligence and sophistication in New Castle!

We went to see Bad boys for life on 1/17 at 9: 50pm. We had luxury seats that were super comfortable! The theater was very clean and the concession stand staff was very friendly. A few concerns I have are, we ordered our tickets online ahead of time. We picked which seats we wanted that were in the back. One was a regular seat in the middle of 3 and the other was a companion seat. When we gave the lady our barcode she said we purchased a handicap seat but it was ok. When we went in the theater we had seats 6 and 7. But seat 7 did not have a chair. Thankfully there wasnt alot of people so we sat in 6 and 5. The picture of the theater online is different then what the actual theater is so that's how we ended up purchasing a handicap spot which would have sucked if someone with a wheelchair needed to fit in. Also, the volume wasnt that loud for the back seats. The action parts were loud enough but when the actors spoke it was sort of hard to hear. And my last issue was we were never told that the concession stand closes at a certain time. When we went out for our refills it was closed down and noone is there. If customers come in for that late of a movie you should let them know when the concession stand closes so they are aware and are able to get the refills before they close.

Fav place to go with family. Clean. Very Kind staff with a cool sense of humor. Good pricing. Comfy seats. Great in my opinion.

Son and wife i treated to great movie. Mr Rogers. Girls working counter need trained in good customer service. Very uncomfortable setting.

New Castles only theater so if you're looking for a movie it's here or out of town.good environment and clean.new seats in some of the theaters and stadium seating too (not all) but overall pretty good. Mondays are the nights to go because of the price but it's usually packed so if your ok w the crowd then you can't beat the deal

AWESOME! Love the new seating. Do hold your seats ahead or get there early for opening nights. Staff is also very helpful and well trained you can tell.

Updating to a four stars after going to see Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker. The ticket prices are very good, along with snacks and drinks.

The new recliners in theater 1 and 2 are wonderfully comfortable. Very much reccomended.

Found the theater to be clean and the prices good. The seats were comfortable, and though they were having trouble with the computer, they handled it well. Wish they would start showing some of the Christian films that come out so we wouldn't have to drive 50 miles to see them. Missing out on that market.

Seats are really comfortable. We went on a Wednesday so almost had the theater to ourselves. Young man behind the counter was great. My son lost his phone and they helped us try and find it.

My apologies on my first rating. For a small town theater it is one of the best. My son really enjoyed hisself and he dont go to theaters. The pop corn was stale but it was free. I will come back when I'm in town.

Decent prices but the customer service was awful, the lady’s working seemed like that wanted to murder my girlfriend and I for trying to buy tickets and get popcorn.

This is one of my favorite theaters. Few things beat a small town theater in my opinion.

Also, in the 20 some years I've been going the staff has always been incredibly friendly, often infectiously so.

Cheap, very clean, living the cinema make over, new rocker seats are amazing! They need to invest in new sound system and screens as the old are becoming worn out! Mondays are matinee day and you get a free popcorn for 6.00 friendly staff! The one young man went above and beyond to serve us our snacks so we wouldn't miss the movie

Whomever were the young ladies working the registers, the one was a blonde haired girl and the other was a brunette I believe. They deserve a very VERY good raise and my number. I bought the ticket for Spiderman Far From Home on 07/12/2019. Seriously if you figure out who these girls are my snapchat name is ethanboo2019 and yes this is actually being put on here. Such great service and kind people with a few jokes up their sleeves.

Never had any kind of issues with management and while not as fancy as other places, still provides a fun and clean atmosphere for the average movie goer.

Awesome here. Like the seats. Never crowded. Prices are high on drinks and food but what theater isn't?

Update- Obviously, they have kind staff here. I wrote a review under the wrong theater! I am sure this is a great place!

It's a movie theater. There was no noise bleed through from the movie next to us so that's good, and the seats were comfortable

It is the cheapest 1st run theater around. The employees are quick and courteous. And the facility is clean. However the seating is dated.
