Westgate Village is a beautiful property in a great location. The tennis courts and pool are amazing features and well maintained. Apartments are a great size and had no issues the two years I have lived there. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in this area. Managers are quick to reply and always available to help.

It’s been almost a year since we moved, the rooms are well lit and spacious. The apt is maintained well and office staff is very polite.

Great and safe place to live though an old building but well maintained. Very prompt service and response to residents. The price point is very good for the value provided. Safe location and access to most amenities around 3 miles. Great schools as well!

Best place to live in Malvern. Friendly staff in the leasing office, a big shout out to Andrea. Maintenance people will fix the issue on the same day. No complaints during my stay here. Deifinitely recommend this place.

I’ve been shopping around for apartments. I spoke to Andrea on the phone and over email and she was incredibly helpful and professional. She got back to me quickly with answers and was really nice to talk to!

I definitely would have gone with this complex if the price had been more appropriate. The price was really high for the location. I had thought they were within walking distance to the train, so when I realized I would have to drive I decided against it and went with Mainline Berwyn apartments which are cheaper apartments right next to the Berwyn Station. They also have the same extras without an additional charge (pool and gym).

They suggested looking for a roommate but it still would be even cheaper to just do that at the Berwyn Mainline Apartments which is right next to the train and I don’t have to pay for parking at the station. Didn’t make sense for me to pay an extra $100 a month or more for a place that is more inconvenient in terms of commuting.

I have been living here for almost 2 years and great place to call Home. Management is so nice in responding to your queries and also the maintenance staffs are great.

My son is excited & curious when Will come to our house for addressing maintenance problems and he like keeping an eye on Will while Will is working, also my son likes talking to him:).

Andrea office staff and also the Property Manager are nice and humble.

I will definitely recommend this place to others.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 and is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. Also the free pilates and zumba sessions are awesome. I love the convenience of the trash cans in every parking area. I lived with three other girls here and could not feel safer anywhere else.a beautiful neighborhood! "

Very poor management. Forcing tenants to use the smart burner stove which having very much disadvantages in term of cooking foods. It made everyone life nightmare. We already talked to management many times but they not cooperating so please write review so future resident may also get an opportunity to know how poor management is.

When asked why you forcing instead of keeping as an option to whoever wants to install they can and other can keep the current electric stove, they said “you are tenant not the owner you can’t say anything” what an attitude.
Also management are saying we spent $200 for each set of burner but question is who asked you to spend. We as an tenants also has rights to raise our concern for which we are not comfortable and affect our daily life. Paying $1650 rent not to take your orders and follow what you force us to do. This issue is wel-coming very critical health issue to the family specially to Kids. We are eating uncooked food as Smart burner auto shutting off every 5 minutes and after spending hours in the kitchen not getting fully cooked food.
I would definitely not recommend this place. Management people is out of their mind and making tenants to use item forcefully which they don’t want to.

Was Very happy resident for last couple of years, but management staff is now days very rude, they dont even bother to listen to our issues. The buildings are very old and when its winter the cold air passes inside, have to run the heater full time costing high gas bills. Incresing rent after each renewal saying its beacuse to catch up the market rate.

I have been living in this apartment for years now and had some bad expertises listed below:
1. The man agent is very rude and even took power form my home utility room for some other apartment repairs and tripped my home’s AC unit. I had to send them pictures to prove it and there were no compensation for the same form management and I can still provide email conversations if needed!
2. Regarding smart burners, we had lot of issues and while asking them to give live demo on those there were no demos for the same and management asks us to leave the community, which is definitely ride

Very poor management. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO ANY MY FRIENDS ENEMY OR RELATIVES.

They don’t care about you and your concern. Recently they installed so called SMART BURNER And that’s nightmare for 90% of the tenants living in this community. All of them reached out the management many times, wrote request letter to have live demo on how things are working but instead of helping tenants, management showing attitude and not ready to listen the problem. Please put yourself in tenant shoe and you will realize the pain.

Been living here for 5 years. For the first 3 years it has been good. Off lately, the attitude of the rental office and management is taking a downward spiral. People are starting to leave, following lack of empathy from management. New smar* burner* with nightmare cooking, improper sealant leading to seeping cold air in building crevices and the rental office lady not patient with noting down finer details of maintenance requests. The buildings are from 1970.

Its frustrating during winter when you come late night after work din find parking space and need to literally travel around the whole community to find one. Requested the mangement to allot assagined parking for the residents and as usual reply - our team is working on it.yes they have been working on it for the past 5 years but no result. And no security cameras in the community

Continually upgrading what is needed in the apartment. Recently we got new smart burners for electric stoves they are excellent. I’m so happy with them.

I really like this community and the maintenance is really awesome. They respond swiftly for any request.

They do really care about the families living in the community and recently they changed the burners to smart burners I really like them. They are very good for our safety.

I really appreciate the effort of Andrea who listens to concerns and address then in time.

Omg the apartment complex is awesome. Andrea is awesome went out of her way to explain the the property as well as showing the property. All of the staff was very pleasantly patient through this process. After two years the maintenance process is has been smooth and fast.

It used to be a good place to settle in but not anymore. I had given a 4* rating a few years back but now it's not even worth a 1*. Worst of all, those who are reading this, by the time you do finish reading this review will definitely get deleted as that has been the case with most reviews which rated them less than 4. They recently installed smart burners which finally forced me to relocate. The management just made these changes and now it's a pain to cook. Most of the time is spent on kitchen. Bottom line - don't come here. A RETURNING RESIDENT FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS
