Westminster Arch Apartments

I saw a vacancy listed on the website, submitted an application, and was completely GHOSTED! I received an automatic confirmation of my submission via email, but have been unable to reach anyone who actually works there. I called multiple times during business hours, left multiple voicemails, and literally never heard back. The apartment is still listed as vacant, the building's phone goes straight to voicemail. Super disappointing, as the reviews seemed great and I was excited for the opportunity to lease here. Maybe there was a glitch in the system and the apartment listed as available isn't actually available, in which case the least the property manager could do is shoot me an email to let me know that. I used to work in property management and I can't imagine just not responding to someone who submitted an application and left multiple voicemails.

I’ve lived at Westminster Arch since January 2020 and it’s one of the best places I’ve lived in the city. Rent is probably the most affordable for this area and it’s close to pretty much everything. Maintenance is friendly and complete work orders quickly and the Property Manager, Laura, is wonderful and genuinely cares about everyone who lives here. I’m happy to call this place my home (for now)

I lived at Westminster Arch from the end of 2021 to the beginning of 2023. I was originally referred to check out the apartments by prior residents and the price and location sealed the deal. It is right next to a fairly new Giant and a block from Trader Joe’s. Also getting into Center City is very walkable and tons of public transportation options.

As for inside my unit, I had a 650 sq ft studio which was laid out well. Storage was never a problem as there are 3 large closets not counting the walk-through wardrobe/vanity closet area. The studio units rely on hallway laundry but there are 2 of each unit on each floor and I never had an issue with a machine not being free. The window HVAC did a decent job of maintaining comfortable temperatures. The website proves accurate 360 floor plans to browse.

Finally, the staff members are all very pleasant. The building manager Laura is very personable and does a great job with communications and the trio of maintenance men are very friendly and diligent going above and beyond such as delivering your packages to your door. I had no issue getting my security deposit back. The apartments continue to add to make them a great place to live.
