Parking was difficult didn't know where I was supposed to go and when I got to the office there was no receptionist no bell no buzzer had to stand at the window looking stupid til someone came out and saw me standing there.the office isn't wheelchair accessible either and I wasn't happy with the "no" help they gave my patient but it's a foot in the door.

Since Dec 2015, I've had 5 different caseworkers that have done nothing for me and have not helped me get out of this inhabitable living condition that has caused me health issues and instead WCSI have taken sides with the slum landlord and the corrupt housing Authority and corrupt Hud and this whole county and state is nothing but corruption full of lies, deceit, deception and I plan to share my story with news media.

I called because I needed help with a client. The woman who picked up the phone was not pleasant. I asked her how she was doing and her response was "Go head" in a rude manner. As she just wanted me to explain why I was calling. I did not appreciate that as I called for help and information. A facility like this needs to have welcoming people as it is a place where people go to when they are in need.
