We have been so impressed by the Wexford KinderCare staff and the high quality of care our infant daughter has received. Leadership and teachers are communicative, collaborative, compassionate, and genuinely supportive of the children and families they support. A well-deserved 5 stars!

We toured KinderCare on July 11th and we had a tour of another daycare the following day. We thought KinderCare would be the best option for our daughter and advised them on July 13th we wanted to move forward. They replied that same day with the application and we completed it by the following morning. We continued to have conversations with their director that day.

Our application hadn't been approved yet, so we emailed earlier this week and they told us the spots were filled. After back and forth discussions, they finally told us the spots were filled on July 12th (one day before they gave us the application, two days before they confirmed receipt of the application and confirmed our start date). At no point did they apologize for their error; the only explanation they offered was that their scheduling system defaults everyone's start date to the following Monday. We clearly communicated we wanted our daughter to start in August during the tour and in email, and if they knew that the scheduling system has that issue, they should be extra attentive to managing that information on their own. Maybe it is a good daycare in the classroom, but the management is not.

We recently started our baby in the infant room and the experience could not have been better! As first-time parents, we were so anxious about leaving our little one, but the directors and teachers at KinderCare Wexford were so supportive and made us feel welcome from day one. Even before our start day they called to check in, make sure we didn't have any questions, and go over our list of what to bring on the first day. Miss Emilie is so calm and wonderful with the babies, as are the other teachers. We get photos and updates all throughout the day, which is so helpful in putting our minds at ease. All of the staff is also very friendly and quick to say hello as soon as you walk through the door. Our baby comes home happy and it's clear she is well cared for during the day. Highly recommend and so happy we were able to get a spot!

We love it here! It takes a village to raise children and Wexford Kindercare is my village! They provide meals and updates and pictures throughout the day! They are also across the street from Starbucks. Who doesn’t need a pick me up drink every now and then.

My Family and I Love Kindercare Wexford! I have a son who is 6 and he is in the summer program for the school aged kids and he absolutely loves coming to school. He gets to participate in soccer on Wednesdays and he loves his teachers. He has had a great summer so far and he will look forward to coming back next summer. My daughter is 3 and she is in the Preschool Program. She loves Water Day Fridays and has a blast with her new friends. She just recently had the fireman come visit her facility and couldn't get enough of it! All of the teachers and staff are super friendly & the girls in her class are so caring. They sing songs, and play dress up. She loves being a part of the Kindercare family and we are so blessed to have found a place like Kindercare. You really do need a village to raise a child and we are happy to call this place home!

The staff at this location are so great! My daughter has been here from 10 weeks old and has just transitioned into the 2-3 year old room so we have worked with a lot of the teachers, and they really go above and beyond, and you can tell they genuinely care. And it shows too! We are so happy with her social and educational development. Highly recommend!

We love KinderCare in Wexford! With the pandemic it was impossible to get our son into daycare because of the long wait lists and staffing issues. We were able to tour the facility and meet the director before enrolling. The staff is very friendly and professional! We also love the KinderCare app to check in on our little guy throughout the day. They update it frequently with diaper changes, food, naps and photos from the day. They also work hard to offer extra activities for the kids, like puppet shows, parties, trunk-or-treat, water days, etc. Any issues we have, we call the facility directly or stop in the office and get it resolved immediately, they are extremely accommodating and easy to work with!

This place was a train wreck from the start. We had our newborn on the wait list, however, he was 5 weeks earlier than we anticipated. I called from the hospital the day after I had him to see if he could start earlier. I gave a new start date. They agreed. We were very excited! The week before he was supposed to start, I hadn’t heard from them, and this was my first time using a daycare. I called to ask questions, identified myself and my child, and mentioned that we were starting the following Monday. Everything seemed fine. When my husband went to drop the baby off, they acted like they had no idea he was coming, said they weren’t expecting him for another five weeks. It’s as if we had never had multiple conversations leading up to that day. Maddening. They worked it out and let him start that day.

Then maybe a month after we started there, multiple staff members quit on the same day. Leaving them to close down rooms, which meant that we no longer had 5 day a week care until they found new staff. They would ask for “volunteers” for people to keep their kids home, saying that if enough people volunteered they wouldn’t have to close down that child’s room. Without enough volunteers, the entire classroom would close for that day. This was not sustainable.

We were lucky to find a spot in another daycare. When we were touring other places, and I told them why we were leaving, several of the other centers said they had been hearing this this happening for the past two years off and on.

The place is in a great location, and has so much potential. Not sure what’s going on there. But we are relieved to not have to worry about finding last minute alternate childcare.
