Liars and thief's I gave them my insurance info after the accident and said my insurance would cover storage and towing. But not the case they want thousands to get my car out it's been 3 days and they changed that much it's crazy and I'm going to take it to court.

Bad service was told they was gonna call us in a minute never called back waited 5 hours for a tow my road side could not even get a hold of them when trying to call them back they turn their phone off

We couldn't have asked for a more professional, efficient and kind tow truck driver. Jamal is amazing. The wheel to our car almost broke off and Jamal saved the day! I was a bundle of nerves but Jamal soothed my worries. He was in contact with me by phone giving us updates until the moment he arrived. And once he got to us he had our car on the back of the truck in minutes. And had the car back to our house all within 45 mins. This man is a blessing and deserves more money and all good Karma! Thank you Jamal for you are the reason that there are still good people in the world!

I was stuck on 95 last night after blowing a rear tire. The gentlemen who answered my call after being directed to them by my insurance company were calming and promised to respond as fast as they could. The wonderful tow truck driver, Ron, answered the call. He was so nice, worked fast and got my van off the road carefully and fast. He made sure after securing the delivery of my truck to a safe location to get me to a safe area to get me an uber so I could get to my destination. Not only did he have me laughing but his friend on the radio were great. I still say surf & turf over noodles is a better treat. Definitely would recommend this company any time. Thank you for making me feel good at such a stressful situation!

Ransacked my friend's car before it went to the salvage yard. Stole her grooming table, a stuffed sloth, her floor mats, and a few other things as well. Wouldn't trust them at all non trustworthy scummy service. Went through all of her belongings opened boxes that were sealed and broke a lot of her things as well before she even had a chance to come gather her belongings. Sick and disgusting to go through somebody else's belongings especially after something so devastating has a car accident.

My brakes went while I was driving so I needed a tow and was told the eta was 1hr but they came in 20 min…he was very quick and professional with positive energy and was kind enough To take my Children and I home highly recommended!

Great service. I’ve gotten my car towed here before, oil changed, used tires, and tags and registration done. Can’t ask for a one shot deal company.

Got Stuck in a hour away from home with no other tow services willing to tow me without outrageous prices! Wheels up got me home tho at a great rate, also dropped my car off at the shop and dropped me home The’re A1 business people!

I had a traumatic auto accident and lost my car. The team here at Wheels Up Towing was nothing but comforting and some of the nicest professional people I've met. We live in a world where we are taken advantage of by many and Wheels Up were the farthest from that. I put my trust into these guys for my own needs and I'll recommend them to anyone. Sold my car through Peddle and my pickup time was from 3-8PM called the towing company listed @ 7: 00 PM stated he was all the way in Delaware and would be here approx. 9: 45PM and then rushed me on my time that he couldn't wait a few min for me to wrap up my meeting to meet him. (we aren't talking about waiting an hour or so, we are talking about MAYBE 10-15 mins max) Guy thats driving the truck A. HOLE if you will.this company plain sucks, wish i could give them zero stars.

Great fast and reliable service, I only get tows from them reasonable rates friendly staff and I've even begun taking my car for maintenance and repairs.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. SCAMMERS ARE ITS FINEST. My fathers car was hit right infront of the house, and they were the first to pull up. The guy who was driving the tow truck came looking for the owner of the car (who was my father that doesn’t speak very good English) told him the car was going to a BODY SHOP and he will not be charged for storage or the tow. When it was time to go to the BODY SHOP it turned out to be a TOW YARD. The owner stated the tow truck was a third party and if what he said wasn’t on paper then what he said didn’t matter. Tried to charge my dad almost $2k to take the car out my dad refused to pay & let the insurance handle everything. These scammers tried to bill the insurance almost 5k to get the car back. Good luck trying to get thr 5k from a totaled car scammers.

They are liars and convince people so they can get money out of them. Never let a tow truck get your car off accident scene to thier yard, tell them to take it to wherever you know, or else you will blame yourself later.they pretend to help but theynot.

This business went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me today with my car insurance claims info. They were patient and helped me 1-hour after their business closed! Jessica & Vicki were amazing and provided excellent service! Thanks again for your assistance!
